Architecture studio Foster + Partners has released its design for Paraguay tower, Sudameris Plaza, featuring green public gardens and social spaces.
Set to be the headquarters for Sudameris Bank in Asunción, Paraguay, the tower will reach 188 metres with 39 storeys combining office space, retail space, social gardens and a landscaped plaza.
David Summerfield, head of studio at Foster + Partners says the tower will be “immersed in nature,” featuring “greenery that reveals up the building through sky gardens, improving wellbeing by offering varied breakout spaces that generate new connections with nature.”
Summerfield adds, “We are delighted to be working with Sudameris to create a new green landmark in the city”.
At the entrance, visitors will enter through a landscaped garden leading to its double-height lobby.
