New construction, moved in ~9 months ago. Sand leveled back in May. Cutting with a 20” 7-blade McLane that I’ve done a lot of work on.

  1. Well done! How much sand did you use?

Tried my back yard in July (2 Tons USGA) and really was not enough lol

Buddy that’s one of the flattest new builds I’ve seen a developer leave lol. I’ve got about 5 more seasons before I’m looking ok.

Hey, Zone buddies! You have any issues with clay? My new construction on the east side of DFW has a lot of clay, so I’m hesitant to use sand. I’m also digging up rocks, garbage, etc in the areas that are struggling. What was your overall process to getting it to look this pristine?

You can’t put artificial turf down and try to pass it off as a lawn! ^^^/s ^^^(great ^^^job ^^^OP)

  6. I assume this is Bermuda? Any particular cultivar?

Congrats man you made it. I’m in 9a central Texas. Made it a goal this year to start fixing up my lawn. Want it to look like yours eventually. Making progress but got a long way to go

Is that a snowblower? 😂 I truly am amazed at how grass looks in the south cuz I’ve never seen anything like this in New England
