I’m no expert, but I’m thinking maybe giant granadilla, a member of the passion fruit family. Leaves look similar, both vining plants. What region is this from? Looks like North America

Possibly Morinda citrifolia. The fruit is used in “holistic medicines” (don’t know if it actually has medicinal properties but the fact it is used in “wellness” products raises questions). Native to Southeast Asia. What do you guys think?
