So I want this manjula to look like the one in picture 4. I can only see 1 aerial root that is that long shoot in the pictures. Should I cut and prop it? Clip it to the soil? Or wait for it to grow a little more and then do that? I don’t want to mess it but I also don’t want to grow it on a pole

Yes, cut and propagate. You can do it in water or in substrate, both will work.
I personally would let it grow a little bit more before I would do any chop&prop, but you can definitely reroute that aerial root back into the soil in the meantime!
The plant in the 4th picture likely has a dozen vines, where you have only one. As the vine grows, you can cut and root the cutting, and put that cutting back in the pot.
Key thing for you will be rotating the plant.
In pic #2 it looks like the leaves have rotated themselves to face a single direction.
Do you keep the plant against a wall? If yes, give it a 180 every watering.
