Those look like Paw Paw trees. You are quite lucky if they are. The fruit is delicious.

Aside note:
download the app called “picture this” I use it for identifying all sorts of plants, weeds, etc.

The leaves sort of look like Catalpas.

Had 3 sent to me as a gift yrs ago, 2 survived past the first season, one barely grows up each yr now, one’s been about 6’ tall for about 10 yrs, never any fruit in over dozen yrs…
You need at least 2 for cross-pollination. They can grow to be 20’ tall – different varieties, delicious fruit, lots in Ohio (I’m in New England – no one knows what they are here).
Hope they grow well and you enjoy them!!!

Cherimoya – Custard Apple, Could also be a Sop variety. But Im calling Cherimoya because the leaves in the OP are shorter and more leathery than the Pawpaw.

Plant them close to each other! Pawpaws are self infertile, so they will need a partner tree to produce fruit.

Pawpaws! Plant them less than 30’ apart as they cannot self-pollinate. Check out r/pawpaws for more info and enthusiasm than you’d expect over a little-known tree and fruit
Edit: r/pawpaw is not the same thing

Lucky! I’ve tried to grow these from seed. Very temperamental to get established

Paw Paws require a TON of Water. They grow wild in Virginia, but I’ve never seen them farther than 50 feet from a river

Wow, brought back memories when I read comments that they are Paw Paw trees. Had one in our backyard in elementary school. Used to eat them!

Whatever it is, you want to get rid of the Brown Spot on those leaves.
