So, I’ve tried to prop succulent leaves a handful of times, but the most that ever happened was some root growth…never any pups. Then eventually, it would just shrivel and die. Anywho, a few leaves had come off one of my succulents, so I just threw them on some soil and stuck it on my windowsill.

I honestly forgot about them cuz the little plate was on the windowsill behind the headboard of my bed, so when I finally saw it again, I was surprised to see this!

I guess being on the ground floor in a townhouse doesn’t get much sunlight 😕

Probably too little too late, but he’s under a grow light now. Not sure if that’ll even help or do anything? The other leaf has a small pup starting to grow, so maybe he’ll have better luck 🥹

It’s etiolated, it won’t get shorter, but will get more compact with a grow light. It should prevent the same thing happening to the other pup though

It’s fine, but with that etiolation looks like it was propagated under a bed; give some grow light or window sun
