Hello all! I’ve got this beautiful monstera variegata that unfortunately has been putting quite a lot of white or almost white leaves. I am now left with a doubt: should I cut the stem or hope that it will revert to green? I need to specify that right now this is a cutting that is already in water, so I also want to make sure that the cutting will make it and not die because of the white leaves. The stem as you can see is not completely white (yet?) so hence the doubt. Also if I cut, where should I cut?

Thank you very much!!!

Unless you have three completely white leaves, I would personally wait. I’ve also heard other people in the plant community wait till there’s three to cut too. Sometimes the variegation will come back but if another white leaf pops out or you’re already at three, I would cut back to the last variegated leaf
