Thank you for all your advice people on my messy bank 😁 as someone said, I'm not the type of gardener to have it all pristine, I have too much garden and too little time, so there are always weeds and a bit of wilderness!
But I think this looks much better – removed the unwanteds, added some plants I had lying around, a little bush for structure, a layer of compost and then bark and some rocks 👌

Added hardy geraniums, love lies bleeding, oregano, lavender. Also that little bush in the middle, someone gave me that, no idea what it is 😂

Good work, keep watering maybe twice a week unless it’s super hot again in which case more, perhaps a liquid feed will be good every fortnight! That’s typically like a shot glass worth of feed per 5L straight in the watering can, but do check the product label. Just wanted to say so you have the best chance of happy plants
