For reference this is what it looked like before, then as I mention in the post, builder re rolled aid over treated dead sod. I’ve been water boarding the lawn nearly 24/7 since then and this is where we’re at

Shoutout for putting the after pic as the last slide so I can slowly become more satisfied as I swipe. I hate seeing the after pic first.

Yeah I hate that the MO developers is to clear cut shit. I think it’s the devs anyway, not the builders, who want clear canvas. Easier to sell.
For my part, I’m planning on a few additl trees, on the front of the lot, a few along that back stand of trees to enhance it and some tall shrubby buggers on the left side to screen the road a bit.
Taking recommendations of tree variety if anyone wants to offer.
Oh it’s bumpy as hell bc of the old sod under there so I let it go much longer than I should have. I’m working it back down now but probably won’t be able to get it too short. I need to plan some leveling I guess
