In all of my research, I’ve read that plants don’t love hard water. We have extremely hard tap water. When I gathered my mom’s things from her work, there was a Brita filter pitcher near her plant table. I just assumed that she filtered drinking water from the sink in her office, so I donated it. Well knowing what I know now, she was more than likely using it for her plant babies! 🤣🤣🤣
So anyway, I didn’t want to mess with a pitcher or any of that so I just went and purchased/installed one of these. I feel like maybe I’m official now?

Yup definitely official! 😄 I have a Zero Water filter on my kitchen faucet. I use it for the plant babies and myself- we all get the good water! 😊 I would probably catch rain water and give them that, but logistically, this just works better for me.
That looks a little more convenient than the liters of distilled water I buy every month 😅
I put a shower filter for limescale, heavy metals and fluoride on my shower tap and fill up my 5 liter pressure sprayer using the extra tap with a hose. It’s quite affordable, but I think I might be moving up to a reverse osmosis filter in the future.
