Watch as I prove you don’t need a huge backyard to grow tons of fresh produce, even in extreme heat! See my incredible harvest from an 8x10ft container garden on a 100° day.

Listen, I just came from outside in my garden and I don’t know who needs to hear this, but let me tell you something. Do not let anyone tell you you do not have enough room to grow something inside or out. You all have seen my garden. You’ve seen how small it is. Maybe 8x 10, maybe 12. And I’m going to show you what I just went out there and got just now. And I haven’t even begun to harvest the rest of what’s out there. Look at this, y’all. Look at my cherry tomatoes, my bell peppers, my cucumbers. I got a whole head of lettuce, y’all. Look at this. This is a whole entire head of lettuce. I got some deal over here. I’m going to dehydrate that. I got some celery. This is just just this morning. Just one day. Y’all see this head of lettuce right here in a container. In 100° weather in a container. Okay, I’m just saying. I’m Pam. This is Zone 8A. And anywhere you can sit a pot, you can grow a plant.

  1. You're absolutely right, Pam! I live in an apartment. I bought everything I needed at dollar tree, and in pots, I am growing tomatoes, cilantro, Jalapeños, and bell peppers. It's not as hard as you may think. You just need to want to do it. 😊

  2. Exactly like George Carlin says its all bs and no good for you.😂 Do your thing cause im right behind you and proud…❤

  3. Fantastic! My container garden has really struggled with extremely wet and cool spring followed by immediate extreme heat. It’s finally looking better but has really delayed any maturation.

  4. Thanks Pam for this video. I’m feeling so defeated. I redesigned my garden which looks so good but not producing much. I’m going back out there today to get started again. Thanks again.

  5. Thank you so much. This is my first year at container gardening. I’m learning so much.🙏🏽

  6. Mrs. Pam. Can you please tell me if I can use a bag of Miracle-Gro dirt that has been in the bag for over a year to grow some tomatoes, or do I beed to buy a new bag? Thank you.
