  1. The yarded area is useful and a good place to have lots of potted plants, large and small. Also a nice sitting areaThe lawn is manageable for a busy family and the borders can contain lots of plants at different heights. Altogether an improvement that the family can enjoy.

  2. The new „garden“ (stones plates, boring lawn and a tiny plantstripe on the side) has not enough plants to call it a garden … boring, triste, almost nothing for insects, bees, birds, …

  3. Beautiful. What a transformation. I don't think you could make enough money to pay for the time you spend. I imagine you have some sort of pact with Mother Nature, a life task.

  4. Well done but when I see English gardens I think of MONTHS of non-stop rain – where does all the water go in your backyard?

  5. When I tapped on this video, I forgot thar there are people in the world who say "garden" when they mean "backyard".

  6. If it was mine I would turn it into a vegetable patch, but looks good. It was probably what the owner wanted.

  7. Gorgeous 🙋🙏🍀💐👌, let's encourage everybody enjoy gardening, vegetals are forms of life that purify atmosphere and protect us from killer viruses in the air, go champs go for it. There is the vertical gardening now. A tower of buckets one on the top of another, can you imagine the carrots tree? Onions sit in a cup of soil, next to garlic and any further crops you can think of. Nobody must fear gardening, just get smart and save some money on groceries, save burning fuels, save time, stress and food. Another world is possible guys, it starts just this cute❤🎉❤

  8. Beautiful! Now add some cheap low voltage landscaping lights to the garden. It will give the yard depth and showcase your yard at night.

  9. I thought the original was the makeover! Love the effort here. As tidy as it is, I wish that lawn wasn’t the beauty standard for yards. Would you ever consider an approach that used more native plantings or vegetation that supports little creatures like bees and butterflies? Wishing you the best!

  10. Preferred the before. Wildlife habitat and nice and wild. The after was boring and sterile. Pretty much did a like for like renovation with what was once originally there.

  11. Rid the grass, more levels with seating areas and a few large bushes/Trees for some privacy, maybe a themed BBQ area (Greek perhaps) lighting?

  12. It looks great for a start! It would be nice to see how it changes over time and the additions you make to suit your needs etc.

  13. It looks boring and lifeless. There's no visual interest, its just a square of grass. I hope that's what the customer wanted, but this couldn't be any less interesting of a garden.

  14. Interesting. Pulled up pavers and lawn to then replace with …. Pavers and lawn. Did you reuse other old pavers, or are they for the next con, er job?

  15. That's not a makeover, it's a total destruction. You've turned a habitat for wildlife into a soulless sterile patch of land. No wonder the pollinators are struggling.
