Its not looking so great. I might of over watered it. Its gets plenty of morning sunlight from my windowsill and its in a well draining soil (lava rocks and pumice i think) What can i do to save it?
That’s what a boobie looks like after a great deal of weight loss (at least in my experience). Apologies, I only know the human boobies.

That looks like rot from over watering. Cut the plant completely with a razor blade an inch above the highest point of the rot. Look at the bottom of the cutting. Make sure it is free of rot. Afterwards place it in a dark dry place for a week and let the wound callus.
Make a half cactus soil half perlite mix. Water the soil before placing the cactus in there. Place the cactus in the soil about an inch deep. Keep outdoors but in indirect sunlight. Water sparingly only when top inch of soil is dry. Make sure the pot has drainage holes.
P.S. your plant is etiolated. You need to place it somewhere where it gets more sunlight, perhaps south facing window.

Check the roots if you can if they’re mushy or black, it may have root rot, and you’ll want to trim off the damaged parts and let it callous over for a few days before repotting. Otherwise, just hold off on watering for a bit and give it time to bounce back.
