Agreed. It looks like mold. I’ve used propiconazole in the past, but there are other solutions out there.

That’s mold, your plant isnt drying out properly. Don’t water for a while the mold will die. Are you misting it? Do you take it out of the shell thing when you water it? If you don’t you should. Does it get any air circulation?
