I’ve moved these to a windowsill but I’m still a novice when it comes to caring for lithops! Hasn’t been watered in a couple of weeks or so until I watered it just this morning. Thanks for your help and suggestions!
They seem okay but I do like to keep rocks around the top of mine like a mulch and it mimics their natural habitat.

They look great. Since your soil appears mostly organic, be very careful not to over water. I personally water every three weeks, but that’s mostly in inorganic soil.

They run the entire gamut of healthy to dead. The soil looks entirely too organic for lithops. I suggest doing a little research on their care and getting them repotted into a mix that’s at least 90% inorganic materials. Don’t wait for the soil to dry, unpot them and let them air dry so you didn’t get rot (where it isn’t already there). If that pot doesn’t have a drainage hole, either drill one or use a different pot
