Hydrangeas like a LOT of water. You’ll have more and bigger versions of these blooms you love if you keep it well-hydrated. Their love of water is right there in their name 🙂

Also, a good way to tell if a plant needs water is to shake it. If you shake it and the leaves weakly wobble a lot, it needs a drink. If you shake it and it’s firm and the leaves don’t wobble much, it is good to go. If the leaves are droopy, water it.

Those are hydrangeas as stated by others, interesting thing about chrysanthemums there is no true natural blue chrysanthemum only one that had its genes spliced with delphinium.
