  1. Right at the fence line, as soon as you’re done setting up your arborist stuff to stop it from hitting the fence

Set a high gin and rig with a grcs. If you dont understand what that means then hire a professional.

a ladder right up close to the fence so the branch props against the ladder and i would cut close to the tree maybe tie a rope to the branch to hold it against the ladder

Sometimes taking the fence panel out works. Assuming that you don’t interfere with the post.

Put the knuckle of the branch manager on the Ditch Witch under the branch. Loft slightly and pull back slowly until the butt end is clear of the fence. Slowly lower it to the ground. Buck the limb as needed to get it out of there.

Remove everything you can from the limb thats not supporting its weight (anchored into ground)

Then make a bunch of undercuts and walk the fucker back towards the tree.

Once you’ve taken all the undercuts you can, support the limb by screwing two 2x4s together at an angle

Make your final cuts and it shouldn’t hit your peice of shit fence

Oh you need to make sure you cut it exactly at the “this is out of your league if you are asking hire a professional.”

  10. Get something to guide the fall, 2 steel bars leaned against the tree to mitigate the fall angle
