My grandma gave me a black, flat seed and asked me to grow it a while back. She thought it was some sort of bittermelon, but it looks nothing like it and is now developing thorns. My mom now thinks it's some sort of citrus, and my friend thinks it's a natural.
I don't want to put it in the ground before knowing what it is just in case it's something super invasive or poisonous. Any help is appreciated!!
