Could be humidity since tropical. How long has it been in that substrate?

Do you have other lighting than uvB?

I believe that big one in the middle is a calathea. Calatheas die–they are a challenging plant for a plant expert. If you want a cool looking plant, rip it out for a cool pothos species or an adosonii. Even some begonias like rex are easier.
Also, plants don’t necessarily need UVB. They need plant lights–all my Vivs have separate UVB and plant lights.
But Calathea. Ugh. I’ve been nursing one along in my chahoua enclosure but as i haven’t successfully kept them outside of Vivs, I am just not seeing it thrive.

You probably need a fullspectrum lamp for plants to thrive

You need LED for plants not UVB

If your crestie is in it then they’re crawling and jumping over the plants causing stress. It’s better to do hardy plants instead of the calathea in the middle. You can still use it of course but calatheas are dramatic plants all around and tough for beginners. You could swap it with a pothos and it’ll do a lot better and withstand the crestie

Calathea can be very fussy.

Calathea’s are finicky about light and humidity, they also only like distilled/rain/reverse osmosis water because they’re sensitive to minerals
Golden pothos is a good alternative that is VERY forgiving
