  1. I can only stay outside for an hour at a time right now with this heat and humidity 🥵🌼🌺💚🙃 I come in and cool off and go back out again though. I have SO much to get done in the garden, it got away on me this spring when I spent two weeks in Va. for my granddaughters graduation, if I’m going to drive THAT far I’m staying for awhile. ( I’m an old fart so driving 4to5 hundred miles takes a toll on me.) I usually stay longer but it was prime time in my garden 🥺🌼🌺💚🙃

  2. The garden center is amazing. I love vicariously shopping there and wish I could actually shop there. All the containers you worked on now look so much happier and pretty. It is amazing how well all your gardens look at the end of July. Thank you for sharing. Have a blessed day everyone.

  3. So funny you're ripping containers apart as I'm planning to do the same this season. We've had so much rain here in south central Kentucky lately that mine are just looking blah. Great swap outs, Laura! The kids rounding the Hartley corner with their harvest!! You've taught them well.

  4. This video made me smile so many times! The excitement you had shopping at the gardener’s candy store (Andrews Seed), the look on your face with that train horn, and the wonky donkey carrot! Have you and the kids ever read the book “Wonky Donkey”? I bet your kiddos would LOVE IT—mine sure did! 🥰 😀

  5. It would be so very dangerous for me to live near Andrew's Seeds. It's not only the selection, but the quality of the plants is spectacular. I am still looking for a wonky-donkey (couldn't resist, the kids are so great) fountain to plant up. Yours is so beautiful. You always afford so much inspiration! Our house is located right near the woods, which is lovely. But I am constantly pulling little baby Tulip poplars, sugar maples, oaks, and others out of my flower beds. I understand your conundrum with the lantern tree. I guess it is the price to pay for being around mature trees.

  6. OK, maybe I totally missed it but what are they going to do with the cuttings from the Golden Rain Tree? Harvest the seeds? Use them in arrangements? Propagate them? Thank you for providing daily inspiration and garden knowledge. You’ve opened my eyes and turned me from hating gardening to being my hobby ❤

  7. You bring so much joy to your videos, I love watching how excited you still get when checking out new plants!

  8. This is my favorite show in the world. I can always come here and see something beautiful and feel the goodness of being alive.

  9. All of your choices made me smile, especially that you went back for the lime twister sedum! Loving all the coreopsis and coneflower!
Speaking of the fountain, would love to just see a day of fountains where the team gets them all going, maybe rent for the day the Andrew's fountain gurus 😊
Plus the addition of the Larry sweet talking!
The patio container is amazing with the redbud. Love all the combinations you create.
Ps- Cannot wait to see where the gator load ends up😊

  10. Andrews is my favorite garden center even if I live in Utah😂. We went there twice. Can’t wait to go back. When is the next on sale?
