I did one of those make and take terrarium classes and put together a terrarium a few months back. I've been good about the watering frequency and whatnot but admittedly I'm not sure what to be doing with it beyond that. When I planted everything, only the Anthurium was sticking out of the top. Everything else was below the opening of the bowl. Now the polka dot plants and Swiss cheese (?) plants are way over the top and even taller than the Anthurium. The leaves of the Anthurium are also going crazy with how tall they are.
I know the answer is going to be prune, but how much do I prune and what do I do with the stuff I cut off? I really really like the look of that Swiss cheese plant so I'm nervous about pruning that one down and losing the fun looking leaves. How do you prune that type of plant? Am I better off removing it from the terrarium and putting it in it's own pot so it can grow as much as it wants? If I do that, what other plants could I put in the terrarium in its place?
If it helps, I'm in a super dry desert type environment, so there isn't really any humidity here at all, which I know these types of plants don't particularly love
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I would remove the Swiss cheese guy as those can get very large.
Idk about the anthurium but as this is an open top enclosure I think it’d be up to you. If you like the overcrowded/jungly look, then just let it ride. If not, snip the upper leaves off near the next set of leaves, you can replant the cuttings too (at least that’s what I do) in the same terrarium
