Watered my SOH recently and I had to remove it from it's hanging basket. I don't have many strings at the moment, so it didn't take too long to gather them up, but I have no had the energy to untangle them again, so they're just a little knotty mess atm.

I tried to have a few strings over each side of the pot so they didn't tangle when hanging, but obviously that's all pointless now.

How the heck do you remove your strings of plants from their hanger without then resulting in an absolute fuck of a detailing session?

Maybe a little try under the bot inside the decorative pot

I don’t remove them from the hanger. They’re in a pot with a hole inside the hanger. When its time to water I either put a bowl under it or move the hanger to the sink.

I don’t really understand why you’re gathering them up to pull the pot out though

I turn a tall skinny pot upside down, place it in a larger tray, then set the plant on top. That way the water can drain into the tray but the strings can still dangle. I can share a picture if that doesn’t make sense lol

Why not move all the strings to one side. Then they can get all kinda tangled but it doesnt limit you from being able to water
