Urban desert transformed. This little city backyard is home to 80 native plants, ranging from prairie to forest to wetland species, In the last 5 years, it has become a haven for wildlife! (see pics showing the animals we get.)

    Beautiful! I wish I had blended my plants more like this. I planted guilds of things together, but this looks so much more organic and natural.

    Beautiful! The possums looking like they’re caught in the act is cracking me up. We get visits from them, too and they’re so ugly, they’re cute.

    Looks lovely! How does everyone keep their plants so small? Using cultivars? Everything I plant grows huge and just looks awkward because they grow so tall haha
