What is happening to my tree? We planted it about 5 years ago to replace an older one that had died before we moved in. It is on the corner of our house. The old tree stump was ground up and new soil added when we planted it. The leaves on some of the branches are smaller and seem to just drip up before they mature. Other limbs look fine as you can see in the pictures.
