Having trouble with this rose (the arching one) and another not pictured. The one pictured was deadheaded but isn’t producing new flowers (maybe it was deadheaded too late?). It does keep producing tall vertical canes that are reddish.
The not pictured rose also hasn’t bloomed since being deadheaded. It’s canes don’t have a lot of thorns and what thorns it does have are sort of soft.
Any ideas?
