Pere is the way to go here and your gonna want nice healthy stock. Water a couple days before, use a sandwich bag as a humidity dome for best results

Hmm pink/white it might be albino? I had a couple when I first started but my grafting skills were nonexistent then so I wasn’t able to save them. It’s a different story now though. Micrografting onto pere may be your best bet at this age. I use a fresh sterile scalpel every time. First cut the pere, and then cut another small slice from the top- put it right back onto the pere until you’re ready to place the micrograft. Once you do, I recommend getting one pere leaf and like folding it in half/squeeze the goo out- apply to the top of the pere when you finally remove that fresh mini cut- it acts as like a glue for the micrograft. I use some plastic wrap or cling wrap- whatever you call it- to hold pressure downwards and then a clothespin around the plastic right onto the pere to hold it in place. I put it in my indoor grow tent for a 4-7 days for high humidity, then room conditions for a few days and then finally back outside in a shady spot. I get great results using this method. If you need pere, I’m a five star vendor on Etsy and have a jungle of it.
