They look different to me, but I get the same ID on them when I use Google Lens. I have a few haworthia that all look really different from each other, but they're all being identified by Google Lens as the same kind. The online sellers don't know for sure what they are.
The one on top is variegated, but the variegated parts are on the other side of the pot. There are a lot of them in the pot. The variegation is all yellow on some and striped on some others. The plant on top has no variegation.

Yes they’re both Haworthia’s but individual they are different species or different variety. Utilizing Google lens will not give you the answer you’re looking for. It’s best to find an authority on Haworthia’s. You can check with the Haworthia Society and maybe someone there can answer you questions regarding identification. Good luck!
They could be the same, but growing on a different environment. I had that happen to some of my succulents.. exact same variety but the one in the shade is deep green while the one getting some sun exposure is brownish green. By the way, is that a cuspidata?
Top one is Cuspidata, bottom one is Cymbiformis or a hybrid of it.
As others said, Google lens isn’t going to be able to differentiate between varieties. Plant ID apps aren’t helpful for IDing beyond genus most of the time. For some basic plants they are helpful, but much better to ask an educated human
