(Syngonium confetti) I like the long vine look, but I’m not sure why it’s not putting out leaves anymore. Or if it does they’re super tiny. The plant may be a bit rootbound, i bought it from the nursery 2 months ago, haven’t fed it yet… gets a decent amount of light..

Do I need to feed or transplant or both maybe?

Or if anyone has any creative ideas of what to do with the vine I’m open to suggestions!

they are climbing or at the very least, crawling plants. It needs some support. For a lot of vining aroids, when they hang with no sign of anything to support their weight, the leaves get smaller until the result you see here

the leaves are decreasing in size due to lack of light most likely! the top of the plant looks to be getting plenty so the vine will probably continue to crawl around until it finds some more direct lighting.

you can absolutely just chop this long vine back closer to the pot and it should shoot out new growth

OR (what i usually do with pothos and similar trailing plants that get a bit leggy) you can take the long vine and gently coil it around the inside of the pot.

each segment of the vine where a leaf is located has a node which can activate and create an entirely new stem! i use bobby pins to push the node as close to the soil as i can (ever so slightly buried is the goal) and continue with the rest of the leggy vine until it’s all neatly contained within the pot.
