I would just like to thank this community for all of the posts and advice here. I live in a rental, but I signed a 2-year lease agreement and I have 2 young children and 2 dogs. I wanted to give them a backyard with grass that they can play in for those years without having to spend a fortune since it’s a rental. From the advice I’ve read here, I’m only $250 deep over 4 months and my kids and dogs have some grass they can run around in! I’ve showed my landlord what I’ve done and he’s been so happy that he’s supplemented my water bill $80/month from May-September as long as I keep the lawn looking good, so really the work will just about pay for itself since my water bill has only gone up $60/month.

I know the struggle. Great work!
Looks awesome! How did you make it look so fluffy green! My lawn hates me 😞
