Thought it looked good today

I think its lookin pretty good for July in the Midwest. Not perfect, but solid. This was a dirt lot with no trees, or lawn 8 years ago. When I seeded, I applied round up, harley raked it and then seeded with AGASSIZ sunny mix (60% KBG). It is still non-irrigated (some day). I do use a local lawn care guy to do 3 fertilizer apps and 2 weed control spray treatments per year – 1.52 acres. I double cut today at 4" since I've been out of town for a few days and it was a jungle.
