We are still struggling to reset from vacation, but I think we are back on track after this day of cleaning. I literally cannot wait to start gardening!
good morning welcome back to another vlog today we are doing a house reset we are officially a week back from our trip and our house is a freaking mess of course it is but we just took our time yesterday of just hanging out we cleaned the kitchen a little bit and it already needs to be cleaned from what we did yesterday i swear it’s like you do a reset and then you use your kitchen or you use your living room or whatever and it gets crazy messy again so we’re going to do a little cleaning today the amount of laundry that I have to do is quite insane um and we’ll see if we get through all of it today but first I’m going to eat and of course I’m going to eat what I eat every single day which is chicken sausages airfried and protein waffles with butter or peanut butter i’m thinking I’m going to do peanut butter today haven’t done that in a few days getting wild and then yeah it’s probably going to be a full day of cleaning unfortunately yeah I’m going to eat breakfast and then we’ll get cleaning by the way I’m Miranda and welcome back to my channel i am a nail tech and a cat mom and I live in North Seattle and this is my channel where we do cleaning nail stuff and just because this laundry is going to take a while i honestly probably should have started a load of laundry before I started cleaning but I just like got in the the mode of cleaning and it just happened so before I start laundry I thought I would show you we went to the nursery yesterday the nursery we went to the plant nursery yesterday um and we got some seeds and we kind of went wild my husband already started a couple of them um like planted them but I thought I would show you some other ones that I got i mainly went there because I talked to my grandma on her birthday which was last week and she said that she started some herbs but she couldn’t find certain seeds and so I was like “Well I’m going to go to the nursery and see if I can find seeds for her.” I can’t quite remember which ones she said that she had and which she didn’t so I just grabbed a bunch of them and then she would have them for like the next couple years but I thought I would show you and tell you some plans for our garden so the ones that I got from my grandma I got dill sage cilantro basil oregano parsley and then I got her some chibives like green onions and then I got her some netorium these are some of my favorite flowers to put at the end of our flower beds because one they’re so pretty and two I love I love their little leaf pattern and they also attract the aphids away from your plants so like my husband’s peppers tend to get aphids every year well these attract them and they will attack this flower and just be like all over this flower but not anywhere on the um vegetables peppers whatever we have growing in the actual garden they’re pretty and I love they like trail down the garden bed so I love these they’re really easy to grow too and then for some of the vegetables we’re going to do this year do some lettucees so we just got the salad bowl blend and then we got some Roma cuz you also need some crunchy lettuce we’re going to plant snap peas sugar snap peas i love these and then we also got some onions then we got some catnip we have kitties so we figured we’d try to grow some catnip some just like regular veggies that I’m going to try again this year are carrots and then every year we do zucchini did get some little pumpkins cuz I am out of those seeds i love growing these i They’re so fun um to grow just your own little miniature pumpkins and I use them as decoration in the fall i’ll bring them into my nail studio and have them as decoration one plant generally will give me anywhere from four to like eight little pumpkins so um and then I do grow them over my arch which is so cute because then they hang down from the arch and I love it so cute i’m going to focus on sunflowers this year i love sunflowers they’re so beautiful they get so big and then the squirrels and whatever they really love the seeds so I leave them for them for the fall but I did buy myself some new nersium cuz I I have this blend that I pretty much used up um and I just loved the cherry rose color i thought those were really pretty and then I bought a bunch of sunflowers so I found the mammoth sunflower which is pretty common they grow up to 12 feet 12 sorry 6 feet tall I believe oh wait no these are 12 feet they get really really big but then I found a magnolon giant which grows up to 18 ft tall okay I was thinking it was 18t tall but it doesn’t tell me how tall they get it just says that it will get 18 in across that’s a huge sunflower that’s like that’s amazing i also got a lemon lemon queen she grows up to 5 to 7 ft tall so I wanted kind of ones that are various heights and then the last one I got is a teddy bear sunflower these are one of my absolute favorite sunflowers they literally look fuzzy that’s why they’re called teddy bears and I’m pretty sure these grow says 24 to 36 in um so that’s a good variety of like 6 to 10 ft or 6 to 12 feet 12 to 14 ft and 5 to 7 and then 2 to 3 ft so we’ll have like a good mixture of them um I’ll probably more plant these on like the border and then like I’m kind of thinking like short to tall to the middle and I’m going to sacrifice one whole bed just for these i’m super excited for these i think I want to buy probably two more varieties that are different colors but I love sunflowers so much they grow really really fast i would say my top three easiest plant or easiest flowers to grow are sunflowers netorium and then also zenas zenas those are also really easy you literally just sprinkle it onto the dirt kind of rub it in water it and then you let them grow like it is wild we’re pretty good on flowers this year and our um all the other things that we have so I’m excited for gardening you guys are going to get a lot of gardening videos because we spend a lot of time in our yard our yard is pretty big for Seattle we have like two basically big sideyards and then our front yard is a garden we have a lot of care that we have to do and just care maintenance weeding you know which is care and maintenance but we do a lot in our yard so that’s that for um our seeds from yesterday let’s get into the stupid laundry that we have to do [Music] problems i would never thought that you could be causing these problems it smiles so bright with eyes like these diamonds i know I should have known right now you’re not alone i don’t want to get in trouble see where you stand i don’t want to see you crumble to recall what we missed all the words you never said all the questions in my head cuz you’re trouble yeah yeah you’re trouble yeah you’re trouble yeah you’re trouble [Music] everyone should go and start running but I’m not supposed to run when I’m falling i’m not supposed to run yeah yeah when I’m falling i don’t want to get in trouble see where you stand i don’t want to house like I just sat on that couch for probably an hour after I ate my lunch and I still haven’t showered still doing laundry i’m still on the black clothes there’s so many loads of laundry left to do still so I’m putting my headset on and I’m going to put on a book spotify has audiobooks and if you have the premium version it’s like only a certain amount of hours that you can listen to per month i can’t remember how many but um at this rate I’m probably not going to use that many hours but okay no I’m going to listen to this one it’s called Bride by Ali Hazelwood one of my clients said it was really good i don’t want to get in trouble to see where you stand i don’t want to see you crumble to recover what we meant all the words you never said all the questions in my head cuz you’re trouble yeah yeah you’re trouble [Music] okay I have this little grease spot on this t-shirt and it’s like right in my booberry honestly I learned the best trick to get these out is to use Dawn power spray and you just spray it on the spot kind of rub it in a little bit and then you’re going to let that sit i’m actually just do a little bit more i’m going to let that sit for a few minutes and then you throw it into the wash like you normally would and it gets the grease stain out i’ve tried this on multiple shirts now and it actually does work so I’ll show you once it comes out of the washer work is almost over summer’s getting [Music] closer no time to be sober sunshine on my shoulders [Music] i’m alive and I’m breathing living my best life love is on my mind and it’s making me high i’m
