There were two gorgeous ones at the greenhouse but I was scared it wouldn’t survive on tiny fruit flies. I got a little pitcher plant instead.

Can anyone comment on their experiences with their carnivores actually reducing the fly populations in their homes? Those are beautiful! I’ve only seen them in SF Conservatory of Flowers, didn’t know you could have them in your home.

We use these in the greenhouse I work in for the plant collections areas where we have a large number of crickets. We have to move them outside after awhile because they get so full.

Yeah mostly crickets and some roaches. It’s disgusting. We have to let them “digest” outside. Sometimes if they grt to full they start to drop the pitchers
