Can’t help ya there, bud. Less than a year ago, I got into plants and at most, my collection grew to over 70. Rn, I’m at around 50 because of a small scale outbreak, gifting props and a few failed plants. I’ve officially become the plant rehabilitator at my work facility and in my family. And the person everyone comes to for advice. Not complaining though. I’ve managed to help a lot of people save their plants and collections AND have gotten a few people into plants as well 😊 The addiction does slow down, but the love and knowledge for me hasn’t ended and I hope it doesn’t.

Somewhat similar for me… except everything is in a bedroom with my reptiles since my apartment has no balcony/patio.
What helps me is having a set time to do a quick plant check for all my pots (water/soil/bugs/cutting/etc.) that I schedule into my calendar and have reminders on

Here’s a fun fact that’ll slow things down for you possibly: these plants are gonna grow much bigger. And never stop growing. The tiny fun plants you are caring for will become large plants to care for and find space for. My tiny pothos is now in 8 pots and one of them is 40 feet long. And that’s just one of them. My 3 leaf monstera? 6 monsteras in pots now (and I continue to gave away cuttings). Trust me – this is plenty of you just started.

Same here. I went from one in February to close to 60 now in a two bedroom apartment. Yes the obsession to buy has calmed down. Thank goodness. Now it’s just learning about the different plants, keeping them looking good, figuring out what light source is best for them. And eventually figure out what to do with them if they get too big.
