its gonna take awhile, especially the ravens can take anywhere from weeks to months to root. normally 2-4 weeks. Did you let it callous? are you using any root growth stimulators? are you dumping all of the water out when you refill?

looks like roots are sprouting out of the bottom. if you can, keep roots out of sunlight, use a mug or so instead of glass.

It looks like it’s got bumps! I don’t know what plant it is or whether it will respond, but I used to scrape a strip a centimetre or so long off the outer layer (cambium?) and that’s where the roots would pop from.
