Zone 8, temperatures have been somewhat hot but not horrible. We also planted these two weeks ago.

More is my guess. How often are you watering? It doesn’t take much to make them droopy especially right after planting.
More! Hydrangeas are very thirsty and that soil looks dry
More water.
