I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. Recently seeded last fall, watering every other day as weve had some killer rain lately. Plenty of sun, but random blades of dead grass appear to cause a browning on the lawn. Located in Massachusetts, I'm wondering if it's the seed, pH, lack of nutrients or something else.

It should help it and maybe reapply in 4-6 weeks.

    Ease up on the watering.

Most of the dead stuff are seed stalks. It’s a natural process that happens after grass goes to seed so that’s nothing to worry about. I’m not seeing any disease but it’s been a hard spring in a lot of areas where fungus has been rampant.

It’s from the humidity these past days, my grass is growing pink patch fungus lmao and it gets sun ALL day long

I would also suggest sharpening your blades.
