This is a variegated Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma, often referred to as a Mini Monstera or Mini Swiss Cheese Plant

    Your pot is mixed.

The first photo is an Epipremnum Pinnatum ‘Marble’ – They will fenestrate sooner in their life stages than their cousin Epipremnum Aureum. Often times without the aid of a support or pole.

The third photo does appear to be a variegated Rhaphidophora tetrasperma.

    Nice find! 🪴

Epipremnum Pinnatum Marble. However Altman Farms is pending a patent on a Split Leaf Glacier which is supposed to be slightly different. So if this is from Lowes, then its a Split Leaf Glacier. Beautifully!

This pot is filled with nothing other than Epipremnum pinnatum ‘Marble’. Multiple stems of it as well, it seems.
