The pot with two seedlings so far came from a cymbiformis that I never touched. It’s either self pollinated, or potentially crossed with a cooperi that may or may not have been blooming at the same time.
The other one seedling is from a pygmaea (pod) that was crossed with cooperi var. truncata. That pot has only a few seeds. The slightly larger pot has seeds from the cooperi var. truncata pod from the same pollination. I’m interested to see the different traits they develop!
I’ve got a few more seed pods developing right now from some hopefully interesting crosses. Looking forward to watching them all grow!

I thought I was the only person crazy enough to use non organic media for planting seeds. Decided if I ever plant seeds I’m gong to use whatever I grow the plant in. Just did this week. Fingers crossed for both of us! It’s great to see you’ve already had some success.
Do you grow inside? Hard season for sowing if outside, I usually wait til fall.
They look so plump and juicy! Kinda want to eat them. I have to tell myself to leave the seeds alone to do their thing. It’s hard to do. If they made it out alive today (scorching heat) at the windowsill then there’s still hope that one day they can look like yours.
