I purchased a house here in So Cal. The place was used for tenants so they had gravel. In the past two months I shoveled 40 bags of >50 lbs of gravel. My friend’s husband tilled the rock hard earth, and I put down some seed and followed all your suggestions on other people’s posts. Thank you!

Looks great!! I’ve actually redone my yard by following some comments on other posts and my yard is finally starting to come to a point… and now this post! My yard is right on time!
