it’s been there for a while, my mom says it’s fungus… it doesn’t seem to be bothering my pothos, but i figured i’d post here.
i water it every other day ish, (whenever soil is getting dry), it’s an outdoor plant but it’s not under full sun.

Looks like lacewing eggs to me. They’re beneficial in the garden, so if this plant is outside, let them hatch!!
