An albo is an albo. Every Tom Dick and Harry comes up with a new catchy name for a plant that puts out a leaf that is arguably negligibly different from either thai or albo, and sells it for a quick buck. I could easily sell you a thai with speckles I allege are more “intense” or an albo like this with quite normal patterns but stick a fun label or name on it and up-sell for much more than the actual plant is worth.

Nope. See this fake name around pretty often and if this top cut doesnโ€™t have roots, not worth $75

Sometimes I feel like people worry too much about a name. Itโ€™s a beautiful plant regardless of the name. In my area $75 for a top cut is a good deal.

I forgot which plant YouTuber said this but it has become apparent that Monstera albo variegation patterns are numerous, akin to something like Anthurium species with numbering. I feel like we can come to a consensus and say that some albos are half moons, others low var and others high var. Iโ€™d say this is a high var and worth 75 depending on how many nodes you get
