Built on former HMRC offices, Bowback House is a build-to-rent development with 306 new homes in central Milton Keynes, supported by Logic.
Featuring a series of podium gardens and roof terraces, there is a mixture of open and contained outdoor spaces.

Planting has been used to maintain a clean, practical space, while enhancing the architecture, according to Logic.
“Working with the architect and contractor teams we progressed the vision into efficient, buildable components that integrated intuitively on site,” says Alfie Johnston, Logic’s marketing manager.
The project was designed by landscape architects Gillespies for HG Living, contracted by HG Construction.
“The architecture is confident and durable, with a strong material palette and a clear focus on long-term performance, low-energy systems and efficient delivery,” says Logic.
