Today on Yolocraft SMP, I officially started my starter base! I found a beautiful open plains biome that felt just right for the vibe I want – peaceful, colorful, and cozy.
We spent this stream outlining the area and planning for a huge flower garden that’ll surround the build. I want this place to feel soft and welcoming from the moment you walk up to it, so I’ve been thinking about color palettes, garden paths, and maybe even a cute pond nearby if i can add it in durin the month 🌸🌿✨
Yolocraft is hardcore, but also super friendly, and it’s been such a nice balance of chill building and careful survival. Excited to watch this little base bloom into something magical over the next few streams!

are you guys going have you been up to anything cool this weekend I have admittedly been taking this weekend as sort of a relaxing SL getting through chores weekend I did get through a lot of work um the house has been like super messy all week so I finally got a chance to clean it up up I did some cooking I uh what else did I I was going to vacuum but I didn’t go around to it I was going through mod apps a little bit I did some streaming stuff that I sorted out um like setting up my Instagram and finally being able to connect that to like all my automation tools and stuff which was kind of neat um and also pip thank you so much for the luck I really appreciate it on today’s stream we are um going to be playing on yolow Craft how does one gift a sub to a person of choice so when you’re buying a sub there should be an option um so if you collect select the single sub like single gifted sub there should be either gift to somebody random in chat or gift to a specific person you have to make sure you type in their username correctly um I’m not sure if it pops up for you I think it might on mobile and it might not on desktop or the other way around uh but yeah that’s how you can gift a sub to somebody of choice M I think you can do it if you pick like five or 10 gift Subs as well but um I don’t I I don’t know I’ve only seen people gift subbing like to somebody when it’s a single sub so I’m I’m not really sure on the details anyways um yeah let’s get into stuff I was playing a little bit earlier today and also yesterday so I did plan out what I’m actually going to do today so I’ve got a whole plan for today’s build so on Yola craft I haven’t done that much progress a lot of people have set up like cities or maybe like really cute bases and stuff and I checked out some of those last time we were on the YOLO S&P which was on Monday last week so I haven’t been streaming on it recently but um since then I was like you know what I need to like up my game I went out and hunted a bunch of resources I did almost die a few times when I was caving I forgot how strong woodens can be but aside from that um yeah let’s let’s hop into some Minecraft Lua thank you so much for yeah what we’re going to be doing is working on the outside area this is the mob farm that’s been working really well but I do want to do some more stuff around here so uh yesterday I was collecting all the stones and stuff and got started on making this like semicircular path I decided instead of trying to guesstimate my own Circle I just try and find a circle tool that would help with building Charlie and Lola theme song over there hi welcome in the Stream okay so I got this circle tool which you can see in blue and I just made this semicircle um I believe in the menu I can make all of these shapes appear so I was sort of playing around with it and um that’s why there’s like random spheres and stuff but I’ve just turned them off so we can have just the one going around the outside and you can figure can figure that like height and size and stuff like that how thick it is and how high up and down it is so I just set that up and I was like this will be about the middle so that means we can have set this Circle that goes all the way around and with the stones I didn’t want it to follow exactly I wanted it to look a bit more organic so instead of following the exact blocks that the circle needed to be I sort of went around and um it was a little bit rough some areas were a bit more rough than others like this is pretty circular but over here it gets a little bit off the track and stuff um and then my plan is to fill in this hole here this area here and flatten some of the ground over here and then we’re going to get started on making the actual Garden look really pretty for me my decently violent and it’s a show called Battle Force 5 I haven’t heard of it and also dub dub song DJ welcome into the stream thank you so much coming fast I’m going test my luck and just mine a bunch of these blocks so that’s why we got all these cool ones I also stumbled upon a jungle temple so that’s why I have the Chisel oh wait yeah chisel stone bricks from there I think and then then um like you can make these yourself if you just go and grab uh what’s it called like Cobblestone smelt it into stone counter thank you so much my shift starts in 5 minutes oh wow wow a resident sleeper thank you so much for the 500 bits and I think 1,600 in total thank you so much sorry 1,300 in total aleren are you serious how much is that 1 2 3 4 5 6 800 bits are you serious oh my Cobblestone blocks and then I did the same thing with normal Stone mossy cobblestone um all the others and then after doing that I was going to do one final layer with Cobblestone probably at the end because Cobblestone is mostly at the bottom n of it’s on the top so it looks a little bit uneven as opposed to just going around and like randomly clicking on each of these because I feel like that would have been more effort so I went around this like six or seven times placing all of these blocks and we still got a few more to do so I was going to go through and um just scatter like the remaining blocks that I have just because I really don’t need them oh that was the Llama so we’re going to go around and do that I probably don’t need this guide on anymore because we’ve kind of measured out where um we’re trying to make these paths I guess and then I’ve left these here so there’s one here and then over this side of the island I’ve left another Gap here with the idea that this will then connect to a bridge and then over here this is Lily May’s base wait I’ll show you what it looks like cuz it’s beautiful uh where Are We Wrong Way top tier Ron guys Ron also that was mean I almost died to a crew for yesterday genuinely the totem saved me if I didn’t like I was down to half a heart running away and then I got shot by a skeleton um after getting attacked by a warden and a creeper and the skeleton would have killed me if it wasn’t for my totem so I I forgot I had a totem as well so I genuinely was like this is the end and then I revived myself and I ran into some and her house is absolutely beautiful she is as you can tell a builder I’ve seen I like had a stu up her Instagram and there’s so many good builds um so this is the Sunflower house it’s so stunning I believe she built this in creative and then came over and rebuil it here and then she’s been working on this really gorgeous flower field it looks amazing and you can see it’s sort of a work in progress because they’re planning to extend it out here as well and a little Hut here so mine’s going to be a little bit of a different vibe in terms of the actual builds but I am incorporating flower fields too um that was sort of a plan from the start so hopefully our path can line up with this path that I’m running on and we can make a cute little Bridge or something to connect it so to make it easy um I don’t know if it was intentional but Lily has conveniently made a path that leads to My Island so this one over here it sort of leads around and then eventually takes you to where my island is which is that one over there so I was going to do the same thing as well and have a path that sort of leads over this way yeah and hopefully connects up to here and if not we can always oh that scared me that scared me honestly I I don’t like dying in this world people who have died they cannot come back it’s depressing you get kicked out for the rest of the month well I guess because this Unbreaking on my axe while we’re here mending Unbreaking and we going to throw that on our axe also I had the genius idea while while I was using my elytra um I kept healing it with Phantom membrane so when I wanted to put Unbreaking 3 on it it was like 18 XP and then mending was 33 so before I used the Put The Mending book on it I was very tempted to just put it through a stone or a stone cutter wait grinder grinder wait is that what it’s called the uh stone grinder and remove all of the enchants because that way the XP level will be set back to zero and I didn’t do it because I didn’t have that many emeralds but it was kind of Smart N how many cookies can you get now I have to do the maths every sub can pay for two and a half cookies so five Subs would be 2 and a half wait although in saying that not every sub is worth $250 because depending on what country you buy it from some countries it’s like cheaper so I don’t get that much from it uh but Al yes it’s a nice vadge that’s what the plan is we’re going to finish off this stone wall first so after I place all of the blocks and everything I’m going to go we need to grab some extra Stone in general but I’m going to go past and um cut down all of the trees in the middle because we want to swap this out with a really cute Garden I need to dup some of the flowers that I’ve got I’m going with the two block High flowers so we need to dup a bunch of them using bone meal and then also use a bunch of leaves I did a lot of leaf cutting so we’re going to use the leaves to go around and do another layer so there’s a little pathway sort of around the edge and then maybe if we wanted to we could always add in extra paths here if we wanted to come out and have like a new building or something here um and then on the inside I’ve also been collecting heaps of what’s it called this stuff uh glaze terra cotta and I thought we could utilize this to make some really cute Parts I haven’t used that much glaze terra cotta before only in like carpets and things so I want to see if I can try and incorporate this into the build a little bit as well that’s the plan at least I didn’t need that money anyways thank you so much for was so confused and then they all gifted like 100 bits each and I was so confused but also kind of appreciative anyway after that they were like actually no we are really human um we’ve come over from the twitch S&P and we were just looking at smaller streamers and you caught our eye and I was like oh that’s really cool so then I applied the next season and I got in which was really sweet as well the server I missed the like the very first opening of it because it was the day I got back from barley and I was so asleep deprived I was like I cannot wake up for this so um sadly I didn’t get to meet everyone then and I feel like I’ve missed out now because all these people that I’m just like never going to see on the server because we have different time zones time zones are so annoying but yeah Grim um I would definitely be down yeah good luck as well for the application and I’ll let you know when I apply as well hopefully we both get in that would be awesome if we did um you do have a to savor it okay so the next step on this side of like making this stone wall would be grabbing more Stone but um I’m going to do something else because I’ve been doing doing this stone wall for a little bit of time like before this as well so next up we also need to flatten the ground a little bit what I mean by that is um some of the ground especially like this area here where it’s just a really small bump I just want to make this a bit more flat if we’re turning this into a flower Fields I want to make it so like if you’re standing over here you can see most of the flower field so even though it’ll be good to have some up and down I just want to level it out a little bit and then um yeah also filling in the hole H so there was a hole somewhere over here oh yeah this hole like a little cave um and then filling in this section with the dirt that we pick out it might not be like filling in the whole thing but more so just covering the top and turning into a little cave and also this area I’m just going to do like two layers here of dirt just to cover it up and flatten it out and hopefully that’ll make it look a little bit better as well yeah thank you Tech so for that we head over if I die before you genely be so upset wow well I would say the only downside for like competitive hardcore servers is that there like you can just log out and then you won’t die so if you just never play on the server you won’t die you know it’s like a pure fire method wait Sure Fire method to just not dying on the server and because of that you need some other kind of motive um I’ve seen other people doing like hardcore servers where they are missions so you have to collect like certain amount of like tasks and then based on those tasks um the amount of tasks that you finished dictates like who’s the actual winner and you have to survive on top of that so those ones seem a bit better in terms of like balance and competitiveness um I reckon doing something like that would be kind of fun this particular server is a friendly server so everyone is rooting for for everyone to stay alive if somebody dies everyone’s like no that sort of thing you literally died 20 times in hardcore I don’t want to hear it wow wow rude rude okay let’s head head over to the end so in the end if it loads there we go in the end we have the XP farm over that way um but I’ll show you what the end looks like at the moment so pyro decided to start this project and it’s a really big project to turn the main end Island into like a Candy Land Zone that sort of thing so flying up here we’ve got all of these like candy cane pillars and then we’ve got a gingerbread house down there and the plan is to cover this whole thing with pink sand now um hello wait H hi I I I didn’t realize you sorry shadow shadow Kitty base and and um go use the enchanting table cuz I don’t have one myself M but genocide no well on the very final day of the server uh there’s sort of like a more aggressive plan that everyone is just going to mutually agree to stab each other and then I believe there is some sort of maybe a prize for the last one standing but I don’t fully know if that’s happening or not name if you did a hardore server for Angel S&P would it be public or would you pick people it probably be everyone who’s whitelisted on Angela and can join um yeah if it was something else I I think it’s always kind of hard to pick people especially if especially if there’s a lot of people in the community to pick from um like we could do apps or something but I think it would just be a lot more chill to just invite everyone if they want to I know that if we did do something like that it probably wouldn’t be as friendly as this one like I’m sure there’s some people who would just join to hunt down others so I was thinking to like force the friendliness right you could make it so that there’s a server rule that if you kill somebody else you instantly die as well and and then both of you get out which I mean it would probably still not stop everyone but yeah that I was thinking maybe that VIP only we could do VIP only oh I forgot lapis I forgot lapis is Shadow Kitty around ah I’m going to see end up making you iron deficient just be careful just be careful about not eating in that I can’t give medical advice just saying just just adding that you know the person who made all these really interested in gifting stuff I’ve got some stuff on there but you can also make suggestions or um buy gifts that are off the wish list as well the suggestions are like totally free I’ve had some joke the wood and the leaves will despawn by themselves and the amount that we of dirt that we’re getting is really good cuz I’m going to need a bunch of dirt later when we’re filling in some areas I don’t think what we’re going to grab from these Hills is going to be enough to fill in what I’m looking to fill in even though I’m just filling in a single layer um the area that we’re filling in is quite large so because of that it’s yeah we’re probably going to need to go like take down a mountain somewhere else or something we can do that later wome Mario thank you so much of the luck I appreciate it working on a mod pack and watching thank you what’s the mod pack for um just like your own project or and what kind of mod pack like what mods you’re using I want to try making my own mod pack sometime I haven’t done anything like that and I think for like just the experience of learning how to do that it would be really useful like I haven’t really done that much modded Minecraft um and whenever I do do modded stuff like for the first while I was so confused setting up everything because I was using the vanilla launcher and using the vanilla launcher and then downloading all the mods mods individually and then um having to like make sure you’ve installed the right one and put it in the Minecraft folder and then if you want to update them you have to go through and update everything and if you want to change your Minecraft version you have to move everything out of the mob folder it was so much work I’m so glad that we’ve got like a mod Rin and all of the other launchers now okay we flattened out this area kind of fine um let me just make sure that we’ve picked up all of the dirt and stuff what is that oh that’s the LL okay I think we got everything um I’ll take down the rest of the tree in this area next and then we’ll see if we can flat out flatten out the other side too ooh an smpp sounds good good luck with the mod pack as well create focused uh with too much other stuff oh Fair create mod ah yes that’s the one that has like literally everything in it right I love the animations that they use in the mod but there’s just a lot going on with that like the learning Cur was a little bit tough so I struggled a little bit when I was first trying it can we make this jump we can oh I probably didn’t need to make that jump okay let’s take down this tree and there’s another piece of wood in there I’m so glad we can look through wood in Minecraft yeah modun is so much easier than just like having to go through and use like your own tools to manually take down every single um mod and then like even if it was like your friend spelled it wrong and then you found another one that looks kind of similar it ends up being the wrong one and then you have to like nothing o nothing works nothing opens and like figuring out the problems was also such a pain um and then getting like shaders and stuff on top of that and resource packs it was so much work so I’m glad everything’s like all in one spot it’s so easy complicated but a sponge true I do want to do some more creative stuff I reckon if I was doing a create server though I’d need somebody else maybe to help guide me because there’s so many steps of everything to do okay we have almost full inventory after I grab these trees I reckon we head back to my base just to dump everything back and we’ve got a Sher box we probably don’t need to use them let’s just take down these trees for now kind of wish we went in a cuter looking biome but it is what it is C Forge is awful but also ugly looking a that’s so funny uh let’s grab that modin there’s the go-to for mods for servers like this one yeah it’s it’s so useful as well if you’re inv involved in multiple s smps because then um you can set up like multiple what are they called um instances for each of the s smps that you’re in super useful like then you don’t have to worry about constantly changing the mods in your mod folder or anything like that and you can like label them with the snps that you’re on so this instance that I’m using is called um like I just called it the name of the S SMP so yellow craft and then the other ones that I’ve been on I’ve just named it the name of the server as well super easy like I was thinking making one dedicated to angelp but I just used the regular Minecraft launcher it’s already got all my mods in it so I don’t really have any strong reason to need to change but for everything else um I need to cut down some more trees but it’s also becoming nighttime and I don’t want to be killed by mobs so let’s head back to my base and just go to sleep so we can skip the night I’m making custom menu right now for it oh wao like you’re designing it that’s so cool what would name me ever do modded single player um world or server I’ve never thought of doing modded single player because I like the idea of being able to play with other people I’ve done a lot of moded hard single player hardcore because there’s not that many hardcore servers to play with other people on but um I have considered doing like a modded server for our community before so anyone on Angeles and pick can join and like with everything I think if I was setting that up there would always be people who are not happy with like the mods that we chose and they’re like oh I really wanted you to use this one and you didn’t but um like you can never please everyone so I’m tempted to set something up anyway just because it would be kind of fun to play on this is so many books where did I get this many books from oh yeah this was because I was taking down the library I would have gotten like twice as many books as I did but I ran out of inventory and Sher space but I was taking down one of the libraries at the um the I forgot what they called the places where um where where the end portal is yeah that it’s really hard that’s so impressive that you’re designing a custom menu though that’s so cool H I wish I could play Vanilla Sky Block in a server yes Vanilla Sky Block I mean there’s some Minecraft servers that are just Vanilla Sky Block like a lot of people see Hypixel Sky Block and there’s so much stuff that’s been added into that but there is also like vanilla Vanilla Sky Block if you want on a lot of other servers I used to be a really heavy um Sky Block player sorry zombie can I reach [Music] you but yeah I used to be a really heavy Sky Blocks um player so when Hypixel came out I was really happy that it blew up um I’d say due to technoblade for sure okay let’s not go that way with the creepers uh let’s head let’s head the other way but yeah I was really happy that it was getting more traction because before that every time I’d suggest that we should play Sky Block everyone was like e Sky Block I don’t want to play that so I never ended up having Sky Block to be able to play with my friends so yeah very grateful for Hypixel also one thing I noticed single player is more laggy than a server really interesting I guess if your computer’s not up to scratch and the server on some um really high powerered servers then it would help I guess it depends on the server that you’re playing on and your computer I got stuck in one of those spots in Hypixel Sky Block so I just stop playing cuz I don’t know how to progress uh in Hypixel Sky Block you can teleport around quite a lot so You’ just be able to teleport back to your island or spawn or one of the hubs if you want like it’s on by default there’s some things that you can unlock the teleports for and then they’ll like give you access to certain areas and you either have to like find a certain item or like buy off the market or something but uh most of the time you can access the island command and the spawn command as well mechanic thank you very much for the vit howdy I’m back uh from being a rat in video games what I miss welcome back um we are working on a garden today in the YOLO SMP server oh sorry yolow Craft Server so I was checking out the end which is probably what you missed earlier and pyo was there he has big plans for what he’s planning to do in the end it’s going to look really magnificent and awesome and stuff but for now I need to work on my own base because like all my stuff for my chests are just it’s completely disorganized and everything it looks really bad so my plan is to work on this Garden area today so I’ve made a circle of stones around the edge and I need to work on this a bit more because as much as it looks kind of nice like it’s got detail a little bit I want to add in some stairs and slabs to make it look a bit nicer as well and then I’m going to be so I’m flattening this area right now just making it look a bit more flat also feeling covering over this space and like filling in this hole here um but yeah just working on the garden and then next stream on Yola craft I’ll be working on the middle actual like centerpiece here it’s going to look you look at the island from like Sky point of view it’s a pretty circular Island like this so like it could work just to have the Border all the way around but I decided that if I was going to do that I probably like to collect all of the resources that I need I would be not that motivated to do it and um I don’t know if I was like if I had the time to actually do that alongside like working full-time and stuff thank you though and I’m hoping that even though I’ve created this stone wall that’s like on the inner side of the island we can extend out any Pathways and things um that shouldn’t be too hard to do and then also connecting like Bridges and things to other people’s bases I haven’t made that many bridges especially bigger ones so um it would be a good practice for me to make a bridge that connects my base to Lily’s base as well and Lily’s been very week Lily was like I know that your um partner died sir Lal who I was going to build with so if you want to like build together or anything like that like I’m happy to help it’s so nice and Lily is such a good Builder as well I just I wish we could be on the server a bit more often together but because uh the time zones it makes it a bit harder oh we’re going to have to fill in this area a bit too that’s okay we can do that in a sec I love the topography right it’s such a cute like C oh sorry circular shape um like I like how it it looks it looks it looks nice yeah and all of the other Islands in this area are like Circle in heart shapes for some reason it was just like a big coincidence but everyone got given the seed like a few days before the server opened I was still in Bary at the time so I didn’t really have that much of a chance to plan things out myself but because the server seed was like released pretty early a lot of people were like oh I’m claiming this area to build or um I want to like use this Village to make a villager farm like just letting everyone know that I’ll be there that sort of thing yeah I would have loved to see that yeah wait I’ll I’ll show you what the map looks like in a sec oh hang on I have a map mechanic thank you I appreciate it I appreciate you streaming some point I was like you know what I’m just going to use my backup very sketchy mouse that doesn’t really work that well and I swapped over but I very much bought this mouse on a whim it was also really cheap um it was at my local PC store they had the mouse shaped Mouse a cat-shaped mouse and a cppy bar shaped Mouse but the Cappy bar one was a bit more expensive so I was like no I I don’t need c bar it’s okay and the mouse shaped mouse was kind of funny to me so I was like yeah that would be cute hence Mouse shaped Mouse uh let’s flatten this out a bit more as well we can add in some basic heeles but um I don’t really like the shape that they were before this is kind of a problem because I don’t sleep at all at night then sleep during college but I’m working on fixing that it’s okay I’m in the same situation my really bad advice that you definitely shouldn’t take is to do an all nighter to fix your sleep schedule so um if you wake up at like 3:00 p.m. or something in the afternoon you end up staying awake all night that night Beyond like 5:00 a.m. Beyond 6:00 a.m. and then eventually stay awake for the whole next day at the end of the second day you get really tired and then um go to sleep at like 8:00 p.m. or something and you’ll probably sleep for 12 hours and wake up at 8:00 a.m. and then you fix your sleep schedule but you shouldn’t do that I I don’t he was trying to make that um ah yeah I saw he got killed by Iron Golem unlucky I end up um I turned up and fixed them oh fixed this one so that it actually works but I don’t know something has happened to them since where they’re not working like like if there’s um a cave underground and then the Iron Golem spawns there it will stop them from spawning up here I can’t that was usually the issue for me Golem yeah there’s not any golem around there like before this was um it wasn’t slabbed all the way so the Iron Golem was spawning under the water here but I fixed that spot and it was working for a little while and then they stopped working apparently but does your free cam allow you to go through walls I can’t really oh mine I think it’s the version I have I can’t go through any blocks other than like um doors and like leaves and stuff do you use tweo to free cam or I think so I was looking through the settings and there was an option to allow me to go through these blocks without colliding but it said it had to be turned on server side which is nice but yeah I mean I’m happy to not use it but yeah it was very interesting not it another Quest twitch welcome to stream it’s very sad that he’s gone I have to work alone now so that’s what’s been happening though we did it was so good to meet you in person right um are you pance and I may have already asked you this cuz I’m asking everyone but are you going to The Gaming Expo sorry the game Expo that’s happening in March um on 22nd and 23rd I will be there um meeting people and handing out badges to anyone I meet and catching up with friends and also two of my amazing mods also going to be there spizzy spod and um sly hopefully so you might also get to see the most round as well I think spod has bought tickets spizzy is still looking at the time to make sure it doesn’t clash with glasses or anything like that and I believe um Zane will be there as well unfortunately no that’s okay are you going at packs was quite a while back I I think I did mention on stream that I was doing that I’d been invent invited to this event that was happening but I didn’t really talk about what it was at the time um if you was like a series of different rounds where you’d like compete and then it was sort of like squid games like Last Man Standing sort of thing um I think they were trying to move away from squid games because it like it technically was kind of like squid games like there was rounds and people get out every round and some of the rounds were very much um not skill-based but it was like this person gets to decide who they kill next that sort of thing but um yeah I I got out sadly the same round as um one of my other streamer friends which I don’t think they’ve officially announced that they were part of it so I don’t want to put it in their mouth but yeah if they mention it yeah I’ll I’ll find the video though and send it through anyway I’m looking forward to these fbls and we can do a review for on stream if they taste good or not I’ve heard very mixed reviews some people saying that they taste like poop and they are really bad um other people being like yeah these are pretty good like they’re the same as any other chocolate bar and some people being like these are like heaven on Earth these are like the best chocolates I’ve ever eaten that sort of thing so I I will give you guys as honest as I can an honest review of vegetables like I’ve seen them at the store and I was very tempted to buy them just to see what they tasted like but I oh not at the store it was at the bowling alley and you needed to win a certain amount of like raffle tickets yeah it’s American chocolate though and I’ve had kisses before like the chocolates and they were not good something about American chocolates uh I think this sugar or something that they use it’s just like not the same as normal sugar I don’t know what’s in it but something about it they just don’t taste as good I don’t know why yeah Australian chocolate and um every other European chocolate I’ve eaten thank you for the Post check I think I needed that every other chocolate that I’ve eaten has always been fine but um something about the American chocolate is just not as good like something just doesn’t hit I’ve tried the twink Twinkies too the American Twinkies ber who used to watch my streams a lot more often he came to Australia and he was like okay we have to actually try all of these snacks and stuff from the US and there was a store in my city that sells uh International candy and stuff if you guys have any popular candies in your country that are known to be from your country it probably is sold there and the Twinkies were good but they were so sweet like I I usually would consider myself a sweet tooth because I really like sweet food but that was like on another level it was so sweet like I don’t even know chaotic Queen we’re working on this build to um oh this is part of the hardcore server so I’m trying to make this really pretty Garden around this area similar to I guess you can’t really see it too much here but there’s a flower garden over here this sort of design and I am planning to do something similar I’ve got some like I spent some of my time yesterday going through some inspiration picks online to get some ideas of what kind of build I wanted to go for but um it needs some sort of like General Garden area so there’s going to be the main building here but today we’re focusing on making a Garden Path and then starting to put flowers and things down in the middle yeah okay let’s just go into the cave a little bit and just like cover this up because it’s very depressing that you can see all of this from outside okay we just have to make it look slightly more cave like at least and I think something like this should hopefully help I hope oh it’s getting dark we should head back wait I actually don’t know how to make Caves at all um surely something like this right wait this is so flat I don’t know how caves look I’ve never really thought about terraforming a cave before I guess they kind of go up in the middle maybe we should have done something like that okay does would be nice I agree that American sweets can be almost distinguishingly sweet at times they are so sweet like um I thought some of the food that I eat is sweet but some of the American candy I had on I need to I need to find what they called they are really good uh it’s a big curse but I’m going to grab it off my wish list okay these things are cool in food oh Cookie Dough Bites Cookie Dough Bites they come in different flavors but the cookie dough ones were top tier um I think there was like the birthday cake bites as well wait maybe the cookie dough was the birthday cake one or maybe it’s Cookie Dough Bites and then oh yeah it’s Cookie Dough Bites and then they come in a birthday cake flavor uh here I’ll show you what they look like they are so good so good if my mouse will behave okay these things so they look you get them in like a box like this but birthday cake and they may be like this small like they’re quite small to eat but they taste so good so you get them in a box like this and woolies has started selling them so I’ve been able to reduce the cost from like $10 to $5 on my wish list because we don’t have to go to this one sketchy store that sells International candy anyway this stuff is so good like I love this stuff so much and they sell it at warts now so like just the general local supermarket here um so good freeze-dried candies are pretty good I’ve had freeze-dried strawberries before but not like freeze-dried other candy do you know that American chocolate has wax in it seriously wax the American Mount Dew has enough acid in it to melt bones there have been cereal murder cases where the victim’s bodies have been dissolved in Mountain Dew are you serious that’s scary oh wait no sorry I did not mean to time you out I was going to copy the the whereas people who can’t afford to get diagnosed with anything can’t afford to get diagnosed with other stuff but um I also think that there is a correlation there too o I guess we didn’t really cover ADHD and stuff outside of stream um some I think if you know me from streams you assume that I talk about having ADHD a lot which I definitely do in streams but outside of streams it’s like never mentioned so it’s always just a bit of a culture shock if one of my real life friends comes to join my stream because they will learn a lot more than they ever needed to know about me through here oh yes I caught it but the only reason I caught it would have been because I had an Ultra Ball should have gone with the Ultra Ball guys basically you’re just scared you going to spill a te on stream on accident yeah yeah yeah um sometimes my dad tunes into my streams I’m going to ask him not to oh yeah welcome in Captain de me hi thank you very much for coming past yeah I I like don’t I haven’t really told that many people um in my personal life about being by so um even though I mention it like a lot on stream it’s just there’s just like a lot of extra info that people people who know me don’t know if this will make it harder to place blocks just so I can see let me think if we keep them like yeah like three or four blocks away from the next one oh to apply you need to have a Twitter account and you apply through the Twitter page so they’ve got a Google form that you need to fill out and they’ve got all these questions like what are you planning to build on it how often do you plan to stream on it um you do have to be a streamer because it is a content creator well it’s forced twitch streamers to join um and then you say like how often you can stream on it how of you play on it what your plans are for the server um if you like I think there’s some other generals like how often you stream regularly how long you’ve been streaming for uh if you stream consistently that sort of thing I assume they do background checks on everyone who applies but um I I think it just to make it easier for them and also like what time zone you’re in stuff like that also thank you very have a new follower that sort of thing uh I’ll stop it here and continue over here just curious to know like if you guys go follow another twitch stream channel and um then a message pops up would you prefer it to have your name on it or would you prefer it to be anonymous because I always just assume like the majority of people like there might be some people who prefer it to be anonymous but I assume like the majority of people would um think it would be nice if it was like this person now followed uh yeah do you guys have any preferences fine with anything fair enough dir conveniently I had one dirt block no I hate attention fair enough fair enough so prefer like the anonymous ones that just say like new follower and then you have the chance to chat in chat if you want to um and then Little Sprouts I don’t notice if I’m on low health and it gets really dangerous so as soon as I swapped to this like the regular Minecraft and it started just showing the angry Hearts I’ve been taking my hearts a lot more seriously so I reckon the key here is don’t play with resource packs if you’re playing on um normal hardcore yeah just just to be safe Inky cap hi by the way welcome to the stream split this up uh let’s see So the plan was to have paths that are coming outwards sort of like um like Ray bands that come from the middle outwards in lines I’m going to try and incorporate that with that middle Leaf line there as a base uh yeah let’s get started that just means all we need is oh my gosh I forgot commands all we need is to create straight lines from this middle bit to the edge like how hard can it be right it doesn’t have to be that straight in fact I think it would look better if it was like a bit kind of curved a little bit like this sort of thing maybe I shouldn’t be doing this backwards I feel like this is a big waste of leaves but this sort of thing and then we can like curve it around at the end and just make it look a bit more interesting and then this going something because I want to have in between my rose of flowers strips of um uh Farmland I think I can try it with path blocks but I think Farmland might look a bit more organic we’ll see what it looks make something some more but um after we do this Garden okay let’s go grab some flowers so um I’m just thinking the tall flowers tend to use more space than the smaller ones um I grabbed some sunflowers some lilac and I needed to get the red roses I think I have a few of them the Rain Sound is a little bit powerful I feel like I tried to turn this off earlier oh no there we go we could probably rejig my music sounds okay that’s probably a bit better so I grabbed a sunflower that we can dup I grabbed these lilac plants we can dupe I grabbed the pink petals cuz I wanted something that Christmas is over actual actual but not the managers because oh I guess the owners because I get less money but yes yes just I think any job where you have to deal with people oh I guess that would be mostly retail but anything after Christmas is so much nicer Christmas shifts I’m finally going from 4 to five shifts a week to 2 to 3 nice it must be refreshing as well especially with Union and stuff holiday again finally nice Christmas Christmas work I don’t have to do Christmas work anymore but I remember having to do like Christmas shifts and it was so painful I mean it was like extra money because you’re working more but like at what cost you know so for anyone who’s just joined welcome we’re currently on a server called YOLO craft this is a um multiplayer hardcore server that’s hosted with a handful of streamers so oh wait I got to SL live myself thank you so currently me lavender and Pie are all streaming there was a lot of people earlier but a lot of people are in different time zones to log in and out um a lot of time for this server This Server tends to become popular around like 400 p.m. my time and like 2:00 a.m. my time so that’s like when most people are on right now it’s 10:30 p.m. my time so there’s not as many people on um and yeah just depending on like what times you’re on you see different people also Ace totally just ditched because I joined because things broke yeah definitely just just cuz you were there for sure for sure I didn’t even get more money I get to take time off for the time I work extra oh well that’s nice at least right like if you’re getting a consistent income that means that you’re technically getting paid extra on the days when you don’t have to work kind of right sort of um so at the moment I’m still a little bit like start starting out um things are still a bit iffy but as you can see over there there’s some really beautiful flower Fields so so my plan was to do something a little like this I probably won’t incorporate the trees oh using wheat is a good idea I should have done that maybe I’ll do wheat as well as wheat Fields but this is my Island it’s not as pretty in this middle area I am going to be doing flower Fields with pasts that lead to the middle this is a BB but it’s going to look beautiful once we get to like actually decorating the outside and we’ve got our little parts coming up here so just working on the garden at the moment and I’ve split into these sections and I am just about to add flowers and stuff to this area here so that’s what we’re about to do yeah Tech how do you know these come where are you pulling these from it’s been a year since I last watched twitch SMP really whoa well if you stick it out on my streams and I get in then maybe it’ll be a bit more recent all right so flower wise though um where are the flowers so we’ve got this one pink petals that might tie well with lilac we have sunflower which might honestly tie well with wheat I really like how they looked on Lily’s build and then I was thinking if we can find the tall red flowers I might go dup one from Lily’s flowerfield if they have them I think I saw it and then we can also combine it with poppies um I think that could look good as well okay let’s go over to Lily’s field and dup some flowers from her face I also have a um mob farm so getting bone meal shouldn’t be too hard to do as well how do you know all of these Tech H you don’t like the berries and cream me I think no said that ages ago I don’t know man I prefer having a choice to get more money though that’s true you know what fair fair fair I guess I’m grateful that we got paid out a bit extra over Christmas I got paid per week when I was doing um like that sort of shift work so just depending on how many shifts you did the you $20 or something if you talk about this one particular game for like 15 minutes maybe twice on stream and I was like oh my gosh yeah that’s like so much more than I’d normally get in a stream so I was like yeah sure like let’s let’s chat about it and then I didn’t hear anything back so I messaged them like a week later oh I sent them an email a week later and I was like hey just following up like are you still interested and they’re like oh yeah yeah sorry sorry yeah we’re interested we’re interested and then I follow up another email and I’m like Okay cool so like what are we doing like do you want to meet and I didn’t hear anything again so I reached out to them again and I was like hey are you are you guys still interested like is this still something you want to do and they’re like oh yeah yeah yeah yeah we we want to do this we want to do this let’s let’s have a chat on this particular day on Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. your time I was like okay sounds good like send me a Discord friends request or like a team link or Zoom link or something I did look up the company it’s a real company like it’s a real gaming server it’s not Minecraft but they like creators can make their own games um so I I like it’s possible that the email that they sent was from some other company and they were pretending to be them but they did respond properly the first few times anyways I was like just send me a message send me an email and then just tell me how I can call like how we can have this conversation anyways Sunday morning rolls around and it’s like very close to 11:00 a.m. and they haven’t emailed me so I sent another email about being like hey um are you guys going to get back to me like how am I supposed to contact you and I did just I just got ghosted and I woke up early for it as well I got like not that much sleep because I stayed up really late last night so that’s why I was awake just reasonably early did you say 20 bucks for um 215 minute times yeah like it’s good price per hour so I don’t really mind but yeah um I did speak to another streamer friend and they were like that’s severely undercharging you should charge more but it was also only for 15 minutes so yeah that’s so low oh is it is it I I did another sponsorship last year with another Minecraft server um they didn’t say I couldn’t talk about like pay and anything so did I make the H I was going to put Unbreaking on this this right so I think it was $50 for two for for two streams yeah so I ended up doing that and that was like my first partnership deal ever which was really exciting and we got a lot of people on the server which was really fun too h too flower crown thank you groom no flow I have this line on my head that appears every time I take the flower crown off it disappears after a bit but I guess it must be digging in a bit thanks Mo I appreciate the hydrate okay let’s put Unbreaking on this hoe so we can hopefully make it last longer considering we’re going water source like maybe heish [Music] oops anyway um I was able to justify like cheap sponsors because per stream I usually don’t make much like um I think on average over a month it’ll be like maybe $4 a stream so comparatively if I did two 15 minute segments for $50 I was like that’s big money you know like compared to elsewise but apparently it’s like not that much iore you please charge more you’re worth it especially um for paid stuff I’m in the cosplay Cycles in this thing with everyone trying to undercharge I talk a lot about this oh really um yeah so this other streamer person that I was speaking to she said that apparently I should charge the average viewers that I have per hour so if you have like 50 average viewers you should charge $50 an hour and that sounds like a lot um especially since I charged $50 for two streams with the other one and that was like 2 5 Hour streams and then that’s like why my friend was like oh my gosh you need to charge more for your stuff but it’s just hard to justify you know okay challenge one is if we dig this like to underwater like that and we put our water there and then we cover it up does that still water the garden I really don’t think it does but if we wait here for long enough okay no it doesn’t that’s fine that just means that my water disappeared down some hole somewhere that just means that um we need to put our water here and then we need to like water log it with uh what’s it called trap doors I believe water can go out five blocks but we can test it no it’s not a lot it’s right um if not more under C circumstances really I don’t know um think about it like if I average 50 average viewers then I stream for 5 hours 4 hours say on this on the server or whatever it is then that’s $200 for one stream and that feels very expensive oh leaves is good I I will use leaves thank you and I’m just going to leave this here to see wait did that one already heal over I’m just going to leave this here to see how far the water can reach and then we can use that to figure out like house based toart any of these cuz I forgot four blocks is it four blocks 1 2 3 4 don’t scare me with the creeper sounds look at this way if people are willing to take on cheap sponsorships then there’s others that will not fairly get paid because as always um these other companies can go to I am the other person oh my gosh I playing on this version of Minecraft then I would do this when I was filling out the form because I had different plans depending on if it’s 1.21 or higher hey I just realized if we have our water blobs there we could probably have spaced them further apart because if I’m going to do another row like right here then oh then oh okay how about we just dig these areas up and then anywhere that needs water we can just put extra water there yeah let’s do it especially thinking about if if a company will make money um from what you promote then they can pay you properly they just try to get away with cheap and it’s actually very serious issue with creative spaces because no one talks about what rates you should ask for and what is actually underpaid okay um people don’t talk money which I think is dumb not to talk about I agree um people usually sign contracts that prohibit them yeah fair enough yeah uh luckily my contracts don’t have anything about me telling other people how much I made so yeah that was how much I made um admittedly it was not that much like if I was trying to live off streaming I maybe I would have asked for more because you’re like trying to live off it but I by no means could afford um to live even in like Australia is a lot cheaper than like the us or something but I yeah I by no means could live of what I make from streaming I’m very impressed by the content creators who do okay that bit’s fine and then that bit will fill in because it’s connected to that then maybe on this third line we add yeah yeah another water source like herish or something the parrots would have taken so long though just like and must have been so frustrating I’m very impressed I’ll show you guys what we’re working on um but if you guys uh would like to reload the page eat food or something like that feel free to do so uh otherwise I hope you enjoy the stream let’s get into it it was fun actually I see I see so um on my stream I have been doing some farm work so I wanted to make the my base a bit more more beautiful and pretty and I got some tools that helped me um oh I guess the render is kind of broken but I got some tools that helped me make like Circle shapes so I’ve got this circle shaped area that I sort of made it not exactly perfect but it’s made out of all these different stone blocks that I picked up from all over wherever there’s just a lot of miscellaneous things I need to go over this one more time with like stairs and slabs to make it look actually pretty but this is what we’ve got at the moment and then side here I’ve gone around the whole thing with these grass leaves oh sorry with these normal leaves warlord thanks so much for following I really appreciate it thank you and hope you enjoyed the stream uh so I went around with leaves and things to separate separate out the different areas and then I’m now adding in these different flower patches here so yeah that’s me um I don’t know just watering the garden I guess and this area here I’ve made these strips but later I’m going to be planting in these red flowers and just a sec after we can make sure like everything is coated in water properly once that’s like all done um yeah I’ll plant the red flowers and hopefully it’ll be really cute and look really nice as well and then we’re going to be doing this with a different Field section so another section over there another section over here that sort of thing oh yeah I should eat something thank you Tech I appreciate it oh it looks like a teardrop Garden it kind of does it’s really cute shape I wasn’t planning it I just wanted them to sort of be not that straight and kind of curve in at the end um like on this side it sort of Curves in on this side and on that side on this two lines they just kind of so happen to look like a tear drop it’s sort of cute though okay um grab the hoe and let’s just make sure we’ve covered in all of these if any of these dry out after this final run then we know that we’ve definitely um dried out something and need more more water nearby because I think some of these holes that exist like this one it should be wet based on the fact that there’s something right here I’m just going to go and fix all these up looking good and that bit and that bit this bit I think that’s about it oops turn off shaders I keep AC turning off shaders instead of going into free C okay that looks about right um yeah I’ll give it a few seconds it looks like some of the blocks already drying over so uh unfortunately that means I’m just going to swap out those blocks with um with with water maybe I should have done it like properly instead of just randomly placing oops randomly placing these blocks but um it’s okay I couldn’t be bother doing maths on this I also need to grab some more leaves so we can water log this properly otherwise track doors could look okay as well oops I thought it was like a melon and pumpkin farm for some reason I mean fair enough the open up a window sorry sorry for assuming that you didn’t have VIP I’m sorry I’m you’re special you’re very special um the water logging like these leaves so all you need to do is you just like after you place the leaf you can place water on it uh alternatively if you have water already there and you put a leaf on it then it will put water around the leaf and also this means that if you have a spot next to it the water doesn’t actually come out of the leaf whereas if I break this oh I probably should have gone to spare Leaf first but if I break that leaf then the water does flow out yeah so it’s a really useful method for if you’re farming because if you put leaves here then you can’t accidentally fall into it when you’re like walking past you know super useful and it doesn’t have to just be leaves you can do it with trap doors you can do it with slabs as well as well a lot of blocks that aren’t the full block will allow you to do it not chests I think or actually maybe I’m not fully sure but a lot of people use slabs as well cuz you can walk over slabs and as long as you don’t have both of the blocks as slabs just the top one or just the bottom one then you can like water split it up with these um patches of soil because I feel like it would look more like a real Garden maybe I don’t know this was like all Theory but I I think it might work and then I’ve got to do all of the other patches after we do this one but honestly it didn’t take that long to do this like it okay it took some time but half of that was me figuring out what was going on but if we repeat this for all the other Gardens I feel like it could look really cute so yeah that’s what I’ve been working on um I hope things are going to be going good for you hi welcome back into the stream good to see you back you came back to get some gardening yeah I actually really like gardening um I don’t know if I talk about enough but I have my own little indoor garden area at my house I I can give you guys a little tour sometime if you’re interested I have to connect my phone up to stream but um oops but I’ve got this whole shelf that’s covered in plants and admittedly I did kind of almost kill some of them when I went to Barley recently because I forgot to overw water them before I left and some of them are really needy like you need to water them every 2 days or they start being really dramatic about it and some of them will actually die after like a week of no watering so um I texted my partner I was like please water them when you can and he’s like I can’t sorry I’m busy I have work fair enough so um some of the plants kind of almost died but luckily I came back saw them half dying and have watered them uh two of them are still like sort of on the verge of death and I really hope that they don’t die but we’ll see we’ll see how they go yeah but aside from that um because they’re indoor plants and they all still need light I’ve got these light bars and then they hang over the plants and then the plants get enough light from them which is really neat like I look after them more than my outdoor plants because I don’t like I just keep forgetting to water my outdoor plants cuz I I just don’t see them you know like they’re outside they’re outside the back door so I don’t even see them when I’m coming home and because of that a lot of them have sort of dying in the summer heat in Australia as well so it’s just not going that good wait I’m going to get bone from the bone meal Farm instead so yeah the indoor plants are doing a lot better than the outdoor plants which was a little bit surprising considering they all need sunlight I thought the stream was being followed by a bot because of all of the emotes oh no wait um Mimi do you guys know each other hm [Music] or name you’re going to go eat donuts I am so jealous I ate Crispy Cream Donuts recently okay and I thought there were going to be these amazing Crispy Cream Donuts cuz I’ve had Crispy Cream Donuts before I got gifted a box because I was cat sitting for a friend and I was like no no you don’t have to pay me so instead of paying me he paid me in a box of Crispy Cream Donuts I can’t say no to that so I was eating the donuts I’m like M so good and I couldn’t finish them and I googled on online like how you’re supposed to store these donuts and how long they last so apparently you can stick them in the freezer and then you take them out later and they’re just as good as new especially if you put them in the microwave so I was like oh that sounds great like I’ll just put them in the freezer they went in a Ziploc bag in the freezer it was all good um and then 2 days ago I was like you know what I’m going to try eating this I didn’t have time to make dinner so this was like before stream on Friday and I was like oh like looking through the freezer and the fridge like what can I make really quick and they they were just there so I was like yes today’s donut day and I grabb these out put them on a plate and then stick the whole thing there was only two Donuts but stick them in the microwave and I take them out and I maybe I overheated it a little bit because the plate was so hot but I took them out of the microwave and the donuts were hot the plate was hot so I let them cool for a sec and then um I’m like staring at them being like I want to eat these Donuts anyway eventually they get cool enough to eat and I I like bite into it and it I was so disappointed I don’t know what I was expecting but it was this like insanely Hot Donut but not in like a crisp way it because it was coated in sugar and the sugar had melted it made the donuts really soggy it was so depressing so I was like oh I’ve already heated these up and I don’t want to waste food and I don’t really have that much other food so I’m going to eat this for dinner but it was so sad especially after like if you’re expecting Crispy Cream Donuts and you get these soggy wet Donuts it was so devastating yeah guys so even though the internet may tell you to freeze your Crispy Cream Donuts just don’t do it blonding hey welcome to the stream so good to see you thank you very much for coming past appreciate it an air fryer oh I wish we had one um they’re not that expensive at like Kmart and stuff right maybe I have to look and see how much they cost air fryer I I should have air fryed well if we had an air fryer I guess we could have stuck it in the toaster um I don’t know if it would have like properly defrosted the inside but oh but good to know though I’ll I’ll keep this on my list of things that I could make if I had an air fryer oh my gosh I want to get an air fryer really badly I we have um one of they could I signed up to this uh credit card company earlier this year and my partner and I are both on the same card and we make sure that we like properly pay it off and everything so it’s not really of concern but uh I found out that they have it’s like linked to points and you can use these points on like random household goods and you can buy it air fryer and I was like oh my gosh I have to buy an air fryer and my partner’s like No we should spend it on something more valuable but realistically what else is more valuable than an air fryer you know I want an air fryer but they’re just like last time I checked they were like $200 but I’m sure that there’s cheaper ones like available somewhere I cannot live without my air fryer really you just do so much cooking in it wo we have an oven I guess I could have put the donuts in the oven I didn’t I didn’t think about it it was before stream I had like 15 minutes and I was like what food do we have and we only had a banana that I bought earlier that day and the donuts so yeah it was very unhealthy um I don’t recommend having a banana and two two soggy donuts for dinner but okay so this is the flower garden it’s done um it looks really cute and then from the side it looks like this it still kind of looks like it’s filled in but you can see that there is Rose but I I really like that that’s sort of what I was going for to be able to actually tell that they are planted kind of in Rose I don’t really like how it goes over that um I guess the ledge in the middle because from the side it’s very obvious and it sort of takes away from the rose of the flowers so yeah for the rest of these areas I’m going to try and do what we did here and match up the ledge with the flowers as best as we can cuz I think if this went over like three layers it sort of does take away from that um I think definitely in this section where it’s really flat we can definitely do this top bit here as some kind of flower garden and then um I might kind of flatten that out so it’s a bit more even and then this next layer also as something else but it’s looking really cute all I need is an oven and stove to cook I think I couldn’t live without my stove because I cook so much stuff on the stove like just everything just heating up stuff um but yeah don’t don’t stick your Frozen Donuts in a microwave it was a really bad idea I shouldn’t have listened to the internet that time it was a mistake I have learned from my past mistakes and now not know what not to do yeah they been vouched for you twitch thank you I really appreciate it gri wait is it in the form where you can like recommend people or elsewhere because somebody else mentioned the same thing earlier and now you guys have got me curious ah okay anyway this is looking really good um I’m going to alternate between different types of flowers so we’ve done the red flowers here and it looks oh sorry we’ve done the red flowers here and it looks really nice I want to do one with the pink flowers the Lilac and also cherry blossom ones maybe we have like lilac oh I guess we could have like this section could be lilac maybe that section could be cherry blossom or something like that okay and then I also want a wheat field because honestly that looked really good um I’m kind of stealing the idea from Lily over that way but it just looks so good so I’m sorry Lily uh I reckon we should do something like that as well and yeah we’ll see what we can do oh no on the Twitter post okay I think I put in pity’s name previously I was like I would love to see publicity on it uh yeah I I can send in a message adding the two of you I do have you guys on Twitter right I prefer putting stuff like frozen bread Etc in the oven on really low heat instead of letting it thw on its own because it’s more crisp I think that’s the right thing to do even though it’s covered in Donuts sugar wait what’s it called the glazed sugar which melts really easily I still think putting in the oven would kind of give it that like crisp at the end even just like sitting it in there for like 10 minutes or something um probably would have helped a bit but it’s okay we learned from our mistakes and you guys can learn from my mistake just don’t don’t stick your then I’m going to be working on making this amazing in the middle and then I’ve also got these little Pathways that will lead out and lead to other buildings or um like there’s another pathway over here so this one’s going to lead out and connect to this pathway and this build over here you can’t really see it cuz I’m in free cam but this pathway leads to Lily may bace Li May is a British streamer who’s also playing on the server so very cute yeah the server is made of a bunch of content creators and also the content creators friends as well which is very cute so there’s a lot of um anyways if I’m still alive then now I was supposed to be making this Spit with somebody else but he died day three so he left me all alone he did make this mob farm and then he left me alone so I have to make the rest of the base that we planned out with just me unfortunately now he planned out like some ideas and stuff but we didn’t really make that many decisions of what we were actually going to do so because of that a lot of this is still like I just have to come up with it on the run so I’ve been semi- planning out my stuff before streams and yeah sort of working on them yeah so that’s what we been up to um it’s going good I would say in general yeah how are you guys going by the way like how’s your weekend been it was a calm to calm stream um yeah mine’s doing good Garden is oop sorry make this really cute Garden looking thing near my base so I’ve sort of separated out different sections here as you can kind of see oh I sort of messed up here they weren’t supposed to have some okay we can work with that um so I’ve sort of split this up into different segments and I’m looking to plant different stuff in um each of these bits so we’ve got our red flowers we can repeat them but and then this one’s going to be the wheat / sunflow section and there’s going to be a few more as well ah you’ve done it too so we I think it looks really nice as well a lot of people because of the theme of the color as well the Festival of Color I feel like flowers was a good way to go um and then I was also collecting a handful of glazed terra cotta I wanted to make some really pretty part in this and I haven’t really used glaz terra cotta much so I thought it would be a good option to try and incorporate that into the build yeah how was your stream by the way I hope it went superbly now I realized I little kind of messed up a bit because the wheat and stuff is only supposed to be on this layer not this bit so I’m just going to just going to take the seeds down and hope that I get most of them back oh I got all of them wait was there an update that gives you all the seeds back was there something I put on This Server I just got all of the seeds that I broke wow maybe we’re just super lucky I’ll assume that okay so I’m going to put some seed down here and let’s throw in some sunflowers and make it look really cute flowers do indeed offer a lot of color especially after the flower update now there’s so many different FL options I need to fly around and check every RS bills myself I’ve been living cariously through other streams same I am so excited to see Beth’s um Fishbowl like once it’s done I’m I’m actually so excited about it I like the idea of like sphere and Dome builds so that one was instantly like one of my favorite as soon as I found out about it and yeah really looking to seeing that being completed I think it’ll look amazing but I am also a little bit jealous of everyone’s building skills so many people have made such beautiful skill uh such beautiful builds and I really hope that I can live up to everyone else’s level of building hopefully well we’ll see how we go after I make the like centerpiece here which I haven’t done yet because um I’ve seen people trying to like beat AI Minecraft then once you get to like the Dragon portal or something the portal may just completely warp into something else it’s been around for like 2 months have you played it yet like I’ve seen so many people talk about it and clips of it but I haven’t actually seen anyone that I know play it and I don’t know how easy it is to set up but I really want to try it it gave me no you’ve played you’ve played it as well I’ve played these games before but you’ve played it though I’m jealous wait Lo is it a mod oh my gosh I want to try it do you reckon we could speed run it I feel like you could just make something that looks like the dragon end portal and then and then you just be there right oh it’s just a website wait like it’s hosted on a website it’s not through Minecraft or [Music] H I love that I’ve played these games before me it’s used everywhere um especially there’s apparently a new um what’s it called sickness um virus that is coming out of China at the moment and everyone is using the I’ve played these games before meme from squid games to like tell this story yeah n you should do a squid game event on Naomi S&P maybe I I don’t have the programming skills for that uh um yeah I’m I don’t think I’m skillful enough yet to do something like that that would be really cool though I would participate in it but I don’t think I’ve got the ability to set something like that up sadly okay I don’t think this is going to be enough uh what are they called lilacs but we’ll see how many SKS for now yay it’s going to be covid-19 all over again maybe ask mush mush say commands I think to get something like squid game replica um it’s not even like in Minecraft stuff that you could do from commands uh like you need data models and stuff and the whole thing is like another level of complex like I think there are some Minecraft servers that have been set up already that have tried implementing the game so you could try something like that uh I got an invite yesterday saying like hey by the way do you want to do this event on um um the 11th at like this particular time it was 4:20 a.m. my time and I see this message in my message request I didn’t see it when I got out which was like 2 days ago and they were like uh yeah it’s on it’s on the 12th sorry on the 11th and I check my calendar and then I checked their DM and I was like wait I in like two 2 hours from now so I messaged them I’m like hey yeah I’m kind of interested but like is it in 2 hours at like 4:30 a.m. like I’m not going to be awake then and they’re like yeah yeah it is so sadly I had to withdraw but it sounded really fun though I was just in another stream doing it nice did you win or did you get out in the first round I’ve seen people doing um like modded Minecraft where the mod is of the original squid games but I haven’t seen too many with the modern squid games yet okay I don’t really have any bones so let me just check my actual base um and see if we’ve got any bones there otherwise we might just have to wait it out and go onto the next Farm as well and also start getting leaves I should do that H looking for seeds but also uh bones and then also bone meal and then the pink plant lilac H now that I think about it during 2020 twitch was very popular so twitch could have a giant comeback if we getting lockdown again this is true this is true I think a lot of people turned to Twitch even a lot of people people started streaming in 2020 I started streaming the year after when I was in lockdown I decided that I would start a jewelry business selling jewelry on Etsy so I was actually selling a bunch of jewelry during that time thanks Grim for the stretch but yeah I I started selling jewelry um I did like necklaces and other stuff like keychains I was doing things out of resin I bought heaps of resin from the craft store it took me a while to figure out the portions but um after I did it was a lot of fun and I’ve still got some of the stuff I made like I’ve got some really cool necklaces that look like the beach um like an ocean that sort of thing that I made out of resin um and then I did like flowers that I would dry and then put in resin and like four leaf clovers and stuff that I find in the garden it was a lot of fun sorry Mo so I can’t tell you the name cuz it’s tied to all my like personal socials which was a mistake looking back um luckily no one was like I didn’t get particularly big or anything I made a few sales on Etsy and it was fun but then once uni started back again I just didn’t have the time to um like ship out stuff and make things all the time so I had to shut down my shop but it was a lot of fun though I made red and keychains and planner stickers on Etsy ooh planner stickers wait like stickers that you’d have a matching calendar to and then it’ll say stuff like school or like presentation day and stuff like that and then you like stick in your calendar that kind of thing or something [Music] else what’s the next season of this I have no idea this is my first season participating and I don’t know how often it’s in I got a message from Queen of drama when I first joined and she was like hey there’s this event that’s happening over like Christmas New Year do you want to do it and I was like oh I’m actually I’m going away and she’s like wait wait wait it’s like starting on January the 1st and it was like the day after I got back so I was like you know what sure like send me the details I’d love to be involved and it was a bunch of people from C Craft’s hardcore server and oh wait this pink is actually really cute and I do like the um the yellow as well I reckon we can Harvest some of those seeds but I have no idea how often they are I’m assuming it’s probably going to be this year U Shadow Kitty would you happen to know when the next season of this is happening I’m really not certain though and yeah I would say if you’re looking to be a part write these down we don’t have the season one world files because of what happened it was very sad okay so I’m looking for a fortune book please have a fortune book somewhere probably should have are on a hardcore server at the moment so what I was playing was yolow craft you saw me almost die from crashing into a tree just then but let me show you what we’re actually doing so I got some very kind donations and somebody just donated to me a diamond ho so I can finally stop using my regular iron one and I’ve gotten and bought this Fortune book which apparently if you add it to your ho it helps do something magical on This Server anyway I’m on my way home it’s pretty close from here like just the next Island over but on the stream I’ve been working on decorating this flower field it’s taken a bit longer than I expected sadly so I’ll show you what we’ve done so this is the area I need to decorate this mob farm and make it look a bit pretty at the moment it’s just a cube and I’ve added this um stone wall around the edge and then the little leaf one here and then we added in our red flowers our yellow ones so I might need to cut down an amount of sunflowers then I’ve got the pink ones here I need to rework this a little bit and I decided to add these strips in the middle in hopes that it looks a bit more like rows of flowers as opposed to like a big patch of flowers hopefully it looks good oh the ABS closed like 3 days ago oh I’m so sorry I I apologize Dave do welcome to the stream like the vibe p l is kind of true it is very very chill um even though we’re playing hardcore is a very chill I mean even the server is very chill like everyone is very friendly with each other it’s not like a aggressive server which I really appreciate because I’m not that good at PVP but also I enjoy building aspects so that’s been a lot of fun I don’t enjoy the grinding of getting blocks but I kind of did that when I was like half asleep yesterday and managed to get heaps of stuff Dash is on it yeah there’s a lot of people on the um larest SMP like everyone I know who’s a um like streamer who’s been streaming for at least a year I have ve noticed was on that list um I think that at the time they were still looking for more I’m in the other people technically and yeah at the moment I’m just splitting out these different flower sections so I was looking for some bones and stuff to try and droop these ones but that’s when I got told that apparently um if you add this Fortune to your hoe when you’re farming it should help maybe it drop some more seeds I’m not really sure but let’s combine our stuff together so this already has un on it I want to put mending and fortune on it as well okay please help me please please do something cool I was also running out of seeds before when it was mentioned so I was thinking maybe it’s gives you more seeds Let’s test it out so if we try and break this okay this gives me the normal amount of seeds what if you hose stuff hang on need to clean up my inventory a little bit [Music] it um let me go a little bit further away okay so if we’re over here what does it do wait right click don’t break it yeah yeah got to be oh wait right click okay left click right click right click doesn’t do anything oh wait unless it’s supposed to be on a fully grown thing oh my gosh I replant it for you oh that’s going to be so getting in the way if I’m going to harvest this field later because the sunflowers are 100% there for decorative purposes um they don’t actually help with the growth that’s so cool you can just like up stream here sorry guys and yeah I’m really liking how it looks I think going for this size was probably better originally I was going to do the whole island and I think if we did the whole island um like our flower Fields would have gone out to here and it would have been probably like four times the size per quarter so like look it’s just a lot more area so I’m very grateful that we went with a smaller area because I don’t think I’d have the time or the resources to be able to do the whole thing and especially since my pot is gone and anyway I think we did good progress though with flattening out the land and um filling in the leaves and everything I’m pretty happy with how we’ve done this we’re going to be continuing this tomorrow on tomorrow’s stream so feel free to tune in then it probably won’t be as long maybe like oh I think it could be like a 5 hour stream tomorrow so um we’ll be Recon continuing everything but how many varieties am I going to use like flowers um I want to use all of the big ones at least so we’ve already used the red ones and technically the sunflowers I was going to do maybe a field that’s all sunflowers but I’ll see what that looks like and I’m happy to reuse them so I might do another patch of red nearby and then we can also explore other things like coral using coral as flowers I’ve seen that done and it can be really pretty so yeah
