We solarized and then seeded natives mixes from Prairie moon. Interestingly, we did not plant any clover. Apparently it was pretty resistant to the solarizing, so now we get a bunch of clover before the native plants grow up larger.

Some areas didn't solarize as well and still have a lot of grass, so I'm adding wild strawberry and violet to those areas. We string trimmed it once this spring, left the tall stems up all winter.
