Clover and wildflowers. The kids call the stepping stones the fairy path. We mow along the path to keep the clovers short, and the rest of the yard we let grow. There's always rabbits hanging out – I caught one digging in the yard 2 days ago and sure enough… Newborn bunnies today.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! The clovers are so pretty! That before lawn is so disgusting (sorry not sorry), so I think you made the right choice. What do your neighbors think?
How did you get it to seed? I tried planting a patch this spring and none of the seed came up.
Beautiful! What kind of clover is this?
Anybody spot the poison ivy bottom left?
Can I ask where you got the seeds? I’m looking for a ground cover for my backyard. I had cleared it years ago for a big vegetable garden but I no longer have time to maintain all that lol so now I’m planting a boarder of native perennials, putting up an arbor with clemitis, making sort of an extra “room” in the back half of the yard…but I need a groundcover that can be walked on!
And it’s making your yard look like a fairy garden soo…
And is that a type of babys breath poking through?
Am rabbit, can confirm very nice
How does this look in the winter ? Looks great in the pics ! Good job.
Ahhh love this, clover and stepping stone path is the plan for my front yard when I get that far down the to-do list. Can I ask, did you dig out small holes for the stepping stones, to sink them down level with the top of the soil? I see that recommended for lawns so that a mower has a smooth path but wanna know if that step is strictly necessary if I won’t be mowing
For everyone ready to go insane about ticks, rabbits love to groom themselves, eating countless ticks.
One tick sticks to their ears, maybe the only spot they don’t get eaten. It’s not known to bother people often, and doesn’t carry lyme disease as i’m sure everyone’s worried about

Where is this? I’m wondering what species of bird nested on the ground. Knowing your location would tell me the story.
Looks great… pull the poison ivy in the from there before it spreads.
My dogs would love those rabbits, a little too much. Glad others are providing a habitat for the wildlife that my dogs wouldn’t allow.
Where’d you get your stepping stones?
LOVE the stepping stones.
How long did it take to look so beautiful? And when did you spread the seeds? I so want to do this!
