Hey guys, this is my first time using pereskiopsis. I plan to graft a small pup to it. I ordered this rooted piece and it's a thicker 1/2" wide, 2" stump with 3 branches coming off. The center one has no leaves but very sturdy, the right one should be sturdy enough to graft, and the left one is very flimsy. Would it be ok to graft a tiny pup to the one on the right and maybe chop the left one off and root it? Also, I'm assuming i can't use the center one because it has no leaves but it's very sturdy.

I usually clip the branch let it root in its own pot and then hit is 3 – 4” from the tip and place the tip in a new pot and repeat
It doesn’t need leaves to graft too. I would use the center stem and the other semi sturdy branch.
