I propagated these two branches from a FLF I had for years that lost all lower leaves and was not having any new growth. One of the stems has roots and some new leaves coming in, yay! Is it time to plant or should I let the roots get longer and more plentiful? If it’s time to plant, do I need to do a smaller pot for now or is it ok to plant in a large pot considering the leaves will be at least 10” above the soil?

Any tips for a successful planting of this thing? Kind of soil, etc?

As for the other stem in the 3rd photo… should I let this one continue to try to grow some roots or it is just not happening? I see some little white dots so maybe it’s worth waiting?

Congratulations! I’m no expert but my feeling is to get a bit more of the roots developed.
