I've got this Anrhurium hookeri (i suppose) that i've been growing for years i cant count… and it has leaf yellow discolorations and brown necrosis spots, i tryed watering less, cutting damaged leaves… the disease seems well installed since at least 3 years now. Any idea what this is and what a could do to get beautiful green leaves again ?

Have you checked for thrips? This looks a lot like thrips damage to me, at least from the photos.
