My first cone flower of the year bloomed yesterday!

Also we had our first gold finch visit the garden, which I don't think is coincidence with the cone flowers.

And not photo'd- I saw our first monarch butterfly and a spicebush swallowtail butterfly. What a day in the garden!

The slide to the gold finch laying in waiting like a stalker made me lol. I am excited for mine to bloom in the next couple weeks. It seems like it’s taking a long time!
