i’ve grown mine from seed, grow most of my trees from seed
i’m a young 55, gardening is my passion
Good introducing the kids to growing at such a young age. My grandmother did the same for me. Only one of my children took to loving plants so much
Too cute😂❤🎉
Blessings to the children having the opportunity of having their own trees. I don't even know if the apple tree I climbed as a child is still alive.
My profile picture is of my youngest eating a carrot they planted and now almost 11 years later and they want their own bed in the garden
You will make a good dad one day . Those are beautiful children ❤❤
My daughter helped me harvest potatoes the other day and was excited when she would find a potato.
They are SO adorable ❤
Love love love this video!
Adorable!
Priceless moment!
Some of us ate way older 78 here. ❤️🙏
Look at those huge smiles! For some reason, "You can come back and visit your tree, I'll take care of it for you" made me tear up and think of my dad. That's the exact kind of thing he'd say to me. And reminded me of the apple pies he used to make from the apple tree in our yard! (He's not dead lol we just don't live there anymore)
I had a new neighbor move in last fall with her two kids. In March I found 2 volunteer Japanese Maples that must have sown themselves in my Hosta pots last year, hidden under the mulch.
I repotted them and gave them to my neighbor as a welcome gift to mark the year they joined the neighborhood. Last week I saw her planting them with the kids. It was so precious ❤ 🥹❤
What a fun video! Children love to learn what you're doing! I have a question –I started a dozen Ida Red apple seeds this year. I cold-stratified them. They're growing well. I wonder what size pots I should put them into. And what brand do you recommend?
God made dirt….dirt don’t hurt❤😂

Love it, so cute!
In 69. I remember planting the garden with my Mom before I was old enough to go to school. We moved to a farm when I was 7, I remember planting watermelon in little hills. Thanks Mom for teaching me how to grow things! ❤
You remember it forever!
Beautiful and precious….love your videos ♥️
This was so sweet 😊
Also, I have one request.. please source some Giant Redwood Tree seeds and grow them and keep them safe on your land for years to come!
My Dad planted a fruit tree when each of us kids were born. I’m one of 5 children so we had 5 fruit trees to eat from, climb and play under growing up. Mom made the best apple pie in the neighborhood. We grew up on cherry jams and all kinds of wonderful treats…♥️. All the kids in the neighborhood would come out and eat what they wanted and my parents never ever said No. If they wasted, Mom would teach them not too. Nobody wasted. I sure miss those days…
No way is he that big already.
These little ones are absolutely adorable.❤😊
Oh yeah and I'm totally buying a "Huddy Buddy" tree if and when you propagate ❤❤❤
What a sweet video! Involving the littles in planting is so rewarding on many levels. Creating those beautiful memories one small tree at a time.
Super, but it's soil ot dirt
Have you thought that planting all those trees the same year means your children will watch them all die around the same time and have to replant all at once?
When you mentioned "Danny Go"! I watch him with my granddaughters. Great exercise for me and them
